2. Flexibility:
The product is designed with the understanding that agents need freedom and flexibility– and not every agent is the same. The homepage can be customized, allowing for agents to add, remove and rearrange apps to their liking. Agents also have the ability to assign delegation rights giving product access to team members and agents’ assistants.
3. Current Technology:
The Studio isn’t just responsible for the development of programs – the team also works closely with agents to make sure the products are useful and up-to-date. After processing over 1,600 pieces of feedback collected in interviews, focus groups and Innovation Labs, an annual interactive and immersive agent product test program, The Studio has made updates to Desk such as contact syncing with Outlook 365 and Gmail that help agents and a robust search feature. The product is updated regularly based on agents’ evaluations, allowing The Studio to deliver new functionalities every two to four weeks.
