While some may think Q4 in real estate marketing is a sleepy time of reflection, think again! We’re just weeks away from the end of the year — and in a year where we never took our foot off the gas, the remaining five weeks of the year will be no different. We’ve got four major product launches coming up. Here are the details:
New InTouch Agent Websites
Following feedback from agents who wanted customization, beautiful design and website envy, the pros at The Product Studio, The Creative Studio and the product team at Market Leader linked arms to build out a completely new agent website experience. Taking cues from the flexibility and ease of use of WordPress and Wix, we built out a new agent experience that unites gorgeous design, customization and the assurance that you don’t need to be an engineering expert to manage it all.
In an impressive display of the way in which we work and act in an agile world, we are launching Exclusive Look just weeks after NAR passed the MLS proposal to strengthen cooperation. This will provide agents the ability to share listings within the Coldwell Banker® network in two ways, both of which are compliant with NAR’s recently approved policy: 1) Brokerage-exclusive listings shared within brokerage, providing an opportunity for an agent to share a listing within the brokerage in preparation for it to be publicly marketed on the MLS; and 2) One business day sneak peeks will allow agents to share a listing that will be publicly marketed and entered into the MLS one business day in advance of it hitting the market across the Coldwell Banker network.
MarketQuest V2 will provide automatically generated reports where we as a brand, brokerage or office have #1 market share and display that information with user’s accounts based on their MLS. Among the features of this exciting new piece of functionality are simple card display, filter options, ability to view based on lead percentage, market area search, webpage output and preview, ability to share directly to social media, email direct to client(s) and print.
A new and improved version of tried-and-true listing marketing reports, InSight V2 includes a host of upgrades, including the ability to set preferences across all reports at once, control data display and email frequency; improved email deliverability and tracking; unsubscribe functionality; email metrics (open rate, bounces); reporting; responsive, mobile-friendly app and reports; updated modern visual design; dashboard and navigation enhancements; and integration of product suite standards.
So there you have it! Four products, five weeks. And a very busy December.
