Listings involved in the program sell 50% closer to list price than those that are not part of Listing Concierge. Agents have seen a 2% to 7% higher sales price for listings involved in the program. So how does Listing Concierge achieve those results? The process is simple: once agents place their order, the listing is assigned to a highly-trained Listing Concierge marketing specialist who works with closely with the agent throughout the life of the listing. The specialist then builds a custom campaign to fit the needs of the listing using innovative, proprietary software built by The Studio.
