Look out for this design guru – as a Senior Art Director for The Studio, Juan tells a story through typography, popping colors and effortless talent to shine a spotlight on the unique personality of a client or brand. When he’s not designing, Juan is a certified typophile, film fanatic and a lover of the two Cs: coffee and cocktails. He’s also a happy family man who brings imagination into everyone’s life, believing “The creative adult is the child who survived.”
When agents brand their marketing materials with sleek logos and compelling designs, it’s often the work of Victorio. Victorio helps Coldwell Banker agents enhance their visual identity. He’s also a kind-hearted person, a great learner, and doesn’t take himself too seriously. His bisabuelo said, “There’s at least one thing you can learn from anyone: the right way, or the wrong way.” When it comes to his work, we think Victorio knows what’s right from his own words: “Design speaks, but to be heard it needs to be specific, unique and authentic.”
Nancy is a stickler for detail — and she’ll go head-to-head debating the pros and cons of the Oxford comma, among many other grammar nuances. Proficient in everything AP Stylebook and the Chicago Manual of Style, she’s a former proofreader who is now a copywriter for The Studio. She’s on the Design Concierge team, writing and proofing personalized branding tools for agents, such as bios, personal brochures, business cards and email signatures. Lest you think her life consists of simply obsessing over details, she also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in dramatic art and enjoys doing voiceover work. Her kids have always called her “Drama Mama.” Who says you can’t be an extroverted writer?
There is no visual marketing collateral too big or too small for Jhomarie to deliver, be it designing one form or an entire advertising campaign. “I make things look pretty,” Jhomarie sums up her work, “while also communicating a clear message.” Her instincts are good – she’s a perennial champ at Rock, Paper, Scissors, after all. And she possesses the education and experience to back it up, having graduated Cum Laude in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge and worked in creative services for CBS.
While he may not create Spanish Renaissance art, The Studio’s own El Greco certainly creates marketing magic for our affiliated agents. Alessandro believes that, “Life is trying things to see if they work.” Had he not tried, he wouldn’t have earned certifications in Google Adwords and Google Analytics, and he certainly wouldn’t have learned how to juggle at a young age. Now, as a marketing coordinator, he triumphantly juggles the marketing needs of a wide-range of affiliated agents with precision, speed and tons of talent.
Though co-workers and Coldwell Banker affiliated agents know Paul as a product specialist, to his friends he’s Paul: the inventor of bacon pancakes, movie quoter extraordinaire, amateur golfer and an all-around funny guy. Paul’s tremendous contribution to The Studio comes in the form of supporting the field and agents to ensure that they are experts on all the tools and products the company provides for them to run a fruitful business. And, as a licensed real estate agent himself, Paul has the added edge in understanding what agents want. Outside of work, he enjoys rewatching some of his favorite flicks and “Family Guy” (he openly admits to seeing each episode over a dozen times).
Morgan’s last name may be complicated, but she’s making it easier than ever for agents to promote themselves and their properties. The quiet and sweet Listing Concierge coordinator is making loud, colorful statements through the incredible agent marketing pieces she creates for Coldwell Banker’s Listing Concierge program. Morgan loves seamless teamwork, spectacular customer service and, of course, natural displays of light in the Earth’s sky. Not sure what that means? Well, Morgan can proudly say that she has hopped on a plane to Iceland – armed with her bucket list – to get a first-hand look at the majestic Northern Lights.
We can only assume that Caitlin is in charge of throwing all her friend’s birthday parties. She’s one of The Studio’s super talented event specialists. More specifically, she’s the one that helps recognize and reward the agents for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Caitlin is highly organized, passionate and dedicated, but we bet you didn’t know she’s a serious hot sauce fiend. This world traveler (evidence: she studied abroad in Australia) has bottles for every country she’s ever been to—just don’t ask her to share her favorites.
Going above and beyond, and putting quality above quantity are what sets Heather apart. We’re not just saying that – we’ve got the receipts: she won the “Golden Pickle” award for going the extra mile when she was with the Sacramento/Tahoe region and has earned two top performance awards since June for providing stellar customer service on the Listing Concierge platform. Heather says her previous job working in a branch office with agents is what makes her so attuned to their needs and able to deliver exceptional service. When not at work, she’s bound to be with her dogs or welcoming friends and family to her home for a tasty meal. And if she hits the next big lottery jackpot, you’re likely to see a dog shelter with Heather’s name on it!
Back when the internet was young and the world wide web was like the wild, wild west, Michael was already helping real estate agents create a dynamic online presence. In 1997, he started one of the very first companies that designed websites for agents. Today, Michael works in product development for The Studio, still helping agents stay ahead of the competition with the latest and greatest technological tools. He recognizes the unique needs of real estate agents, having been a licensed California real estate broker since 1989. If you talk to Michael and he seems quite centered and calm, it might be because of his 2018 New Year’s resolution to meditate daily – a promise he successfully upheld!
There’s no place like home for this Kansas gal! And Shawna is definitely right at home working as a product, data and feed analyst with The Product Studio. This multitasking, positive thinker provides third-level support when “unsolvable” issues need resolution. Her analytical skills are bar none as is her can-do attitude. Shawna started with the company 32 years ago, first planning company events then working her way around the marketing department until landing in her current role.
Violet lives a life as colorful as her name. Inside the office she smoothly executes TV and advertising opportunities for Coldwell Banker’s® Listing Concierge service. She’s a stickler for details and is the queen of organization – all of which make her an ideal project specialist. When she’s not making a living, she’s living life in big and exciting ways. The certified fitness instructor dabbles in tennis, and snowboards when the conditions are just right. She also does a great job of making people feel lazy, as she recently knocked out 120 miles on her Peloton in just a month. You probably want to know how she has any energy left to do her job. We do, too.
She may be known as the ‘mom’ or even the ‘grandma’ of her friend group, but to us, she’s the aunt who always has candy. KristiAnne is the energized, passionate event specialist for our Arizona, Utah and California markets. She organizes our events from start to finish, adding in her special wow-factor and creating unforgettable moments for agents. KristiAnne is a former study-abroad student, where she captured the beauty of Rome so thoroughly that she won her college’s international photography contest. Back in the States, if you find her awake after 7:30 pm, she’s probably busy crafting or tossing a frisbee to her adorable puppy, Leroy.
“There is no substitute for paying attention” is Tim’s motto, because, he says, “It’s amazing how far you can get when you take notes.” For Tim, this motto (and, okay, the first IT certification he received in 1999) brought him to his current position, where he leads a support team of marketing product experts who service the company’s online presence. Not only can Tim juggle a busy work schedule, but he can juggle pretty much any object you give him, within a reasonable size and weight limit of course. When the weather’s nice, though, you’re most likely to find him out on the water: He recently fulfilled a childhood dream and bought his first boat!
Alan describes himself as subtle, but his work as a product web specialist is anything but – he’s the heart, hustle and muscle that powers the many digital tools and resources The Studio develops for agents and their businesses. He’s versatile, quick and can take on any task at a moment’s notice. And even more impressive, he can do it with a smooth temperament and amazing world-class humbleness. If he wasn’t busy making the online world a better place and busting out bass guitar solos, he could probably run for mayor.
David is wise in the ways of web development and accumulated his expertise solely through self-study and field experience. He was instrumental in building technology that helped a real estate company expand its number of agents tenfold before it was acquired by Realogy Brokerage Group LLC. Today, David continues to use his wealth of knowledge and inventiveness to arm Coldwell Banker agents with the latest technology tools. You might even go so far as to call David’s abilities a bit magical – his mother was an astrologer and channeler, and he’s always identified with wise old wizard characters in books. Oh, and nbd: He also raises tarantulas as a hobby!
When agents look for assistance showcasing a new listing, Julie is there to work her marketing magic. As a former marketing coordinator at the office level, she understands the urgency of the business and is well-versed in the agent experience. This self-proclaimed cat lady loves to bake, dig through the bins at local record shops and, of course, spend time with her husband, son and two cats. Julie, who has been a full-time employee with the company since 1998 – WOW! – is loyal and passionate about everything she does and appreciates a goofy sense of humor.
How many people can say their family owns a circus? Well, we know one, and she just happens to be on the Coldwell Banker Realty Listing Concierge team, operating out of Southern California. Regan uses her MBA in marketing and strong professional background to the fullest when creating amazing collateral for affiliated agents. She takes pride in working with agents in Texas to help them develop their professional presence while also creating materials to help them win listings.
Nancy is the conduit for a staggering number of special projects. She oversees more than 100,000 real estate listings and photos that are drawn from 20 nationwide multiple listing services and published on Coldwell Banker’s website (and hundreds of other sites)! Every month, she handles more than 300 Help Desk tickets, providing invaluable assistance to more than 5,000 agents and 700 employees. But this workload doesn’t keep Nancy behind a desk. She is a lover of the great outdoors, enjoying hiking, swimming, motorcycling and target shooting.
Suzanne always says, “If I don’t know the answer to something, I will find it.” That is what makes her a stellar customer service representative for Listing Concierge and is one of the many reasons why she received a Handshake Award for her commitment to her work and always helping her colleagues. As a member of the Listing Concierge team, Suzanne helps agents market their listings, from guiding them through the system to creating their campaign materials. She does it all fearlessly because Suzanne is not the type of gal to wait for the storm to pass, she’s the type to dance in the rain!
Every agent needs a little marketing magic to spruce up their business, and Shavon has mastered the craft. As a listing concierge coordinator and SoCal team lead, Shavon delivers outstanding work quickly and efficiently without fail. Friendly and compassionate, she strongly believes that the recipe to creating a project right from the start is by listening and practicing empathy; and she applies that to her personal life, as well. Though “obsessed” with shopping, her infatuation for fine threads falls second to her love of being a mom and role model. Shavon dances through life with undeniable confidence and passion for everything she does.
This fun and all-around happy mother to a spirited daughter is patient, poised and personable when it comes to serving the marketing needs of real estate agents. Alison has seen 48 of the 50 states – Oklahoma and Alaska are the last two standing, and she’s determined to get there someday. When she’s not working with the awesome agents and creating marketing masterpieces, Alison is singing karaoke or daydreaming of a trip to Lake Tahoe.
Danielle researches and analyzes potential and current digital products, such as applications and websites. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing, a sales certificate from the University of Wisconsin Parkside and also recently completed her Google Analytics Certification. Danielle’s motto is: “I’d rather be a little weird than all boring.” And she’s anything but. She’s a certified fitness instructor who teaches a class called “BodyAttack,” which is a high-intensity cardio workout designed to build strength and stamina. If that wasn’t enough, Danielle’s husband is a homebrewer, so the couple often enjoy entering their craft beer into tasting competitions.
Samara and her team support the Concierge Suite of products, and work hard to make sure they’re doing it in the most timely, efficient and helpful way possible. When she’s not working, this funny, outgoing and quirky Chicago-native can be found obsessing about the next new animal odd couple (think a deer and a dog that are best friends) or on a hunt for the best taco. Her travels have taken her far, notably to South Africa, the birthplace of her father. And true story, her first word was taco!
If you ever find yourself in a panic because you forgot you’re hosting tomorrow night’s Fourth of July party, Deb is your girl. As an event specialist, Deb is in charge of planning and managing events for the entire company and also manages the charitable giving for three Coldwell Banker regions. An organizing machine, Deb also doubles as the life of the party if you remember to bring her oysters—seriously. She eats them weekly, and we’re curious to know if she gathers them up herself while floating on the ocean waters on her 6-foot inflatable unicorn. In all seriousness, Deb is a valued member not just of The Studio, but of the community, likely thanks to her motto, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
Nic has already had a very interesting and varied background — being the owner of his own clothing brand, real estate appraiser, competitive cyclist — to which he adds Field Marketing Manager. Nic is tasked with all marketing activities in the state as well as coordinating efforts with Southern California to ensure marketing consistency. He realizes that real estate is a fast-moving business and lives by the motto “Failing to plan is planning to fail.” With his competitive spirit and entrepreneurial background, failing doesn’t seem to be an option.
“Living in a world designed for right-handed people forces lefties to come up with creative solutions.” And so southpaw Gianna goes about everyday using creativity and intuition to tackle whatever is thrown her way, assisting the events team in any and all administrative tasks. Gianna’s background includes a degree in TV and digital media along with a love of sushi. Personable, charming, ambitious and courageous, she’s always ready to lend a hand. More than likely, the left one.
One of Adam’s favorite quotes is from Wayne Gretzky: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” As someone who interacts with agents every day through education and strategy, Adam is determined to always give it his best shot and never stop shooting. Among Adam’s many accomplishments are being a licensed real estate agent, a jazz guitarist, and he boasts to have ridden his bike across the state of Missouri, without guitar in hand we hope.
Morgan competes in Spartan Races and Tough Mudders and was a nationally-ranked Division I tennis player at Manhattan College, so it goes without saying that our luxury markets coordinator for The Strategy Studio is driven and results-oriented. Much of her job entails B2B marketing, where she excels at building relationships with clients. She’s based in Madison – she’d love it if you stopped by and said hi if you’re in the area!
What do you get when you mix kickboxing expertise with the fashion design skills of a rising Vera Wang? The Studio’s accounting coordinator, of course. Penny has hidden talents for days. Lucky for us, she loves the satisfying sound of number crunching above cutting dress material and showing off her defensive moves. Penny handles our budgets and forecasts, and helps support our awesome field marketing managers across the country, and she does it all from our New Jersey office. This natural problem-solver will handle any impossible project that crosses her desk like she’s in the Rubik’s Cube world series.
This forward thinker with a bachelor’s degree in art history and post-grad in forestry can take on any challenge thrown her way and excel with flying colors. As the marketing administrator in Sarasota, FL and right-hand woman of Jan Loomis, VP of The Creative Studio, her role is to provide support to the entire creative team. Outside of the bustling world of marketing, Nancy enjoys biking, museum-hopping, whipping up new recipes – as well as sacred old ones – and making a difference in her local community; she previously mentored adult literacy programs.
One of Alexis’ favorite quotes comes courtesy of the 2015 Cinderella movie: “Have courage and be kind.” It’s short and sweet, and she tries to live by those words every day. As project coordinator, Alexis oversees projects to ensure they are running smoothly in the system, meeting their deadlines and making sure final pieces are properly distributed. Her ability to stay organized, prioritize and communicate with the other departments makes her a true marketing star!
After 20 years with the company, she’s on a first-name, let’s-grab-a-coffee basis with many agents, so she understands their wants and needs, and how best to service them within budgets, time and resources. She is one of several team members who started in the company as a receptionist and worked her way up, learning about advertising, printing and design. In her words, “I think we are all meant to do something special in this world, whether it’s to be great or to guide someone to greatness, and you never know what that is until after it’s done.”
As a dedicated chef and baker, Rasha knows how important it is to pay attention to the details – it can make the difference between a delicious dessert or a sunken soufflé. It’s this same focus that makes Rasha an outstanding Project Manager. She manages marketing requests from the field into the design Studio and project manages all aspects of the requests to ensure the creative team stays on track, meets deadlines and provides great customer service. She’s fluent in Arabic and English, and graduated from the University of Michigan with a double major in marketing and communications.
Crystal lives and breathes organization. Which is a good thing since she’s responsible for trafficking projects throughout The Creative Studio. She takes the time to listen to what agents want and designers need to create marketing pieces that truly make an impact – and sales. And she’s quick and decisive; she married her husband a year to the day of their first date. The Michigan native lived in New York for 17 years before moving to Chicago. So, the question is: Chicago deep dish or New York-style pizza? Answer: New York every time.
Dependable. Organized. Detail-oriented. Kelly was born to serve as a project coordinator. Okay, that’s overly dramatic, but either way, she does her job incredibly well. Kelly and her colleagues are the engine that propels the endless array of Core 4-themed marketing projects that make their way through the company. Thanks to her management skills, agents are quickly and efficiently supplied with their thought-provoking promotional collateral, so they can – you guessed it – sell homes and promote their business. And Kelly’s involvement in real estate doesn’t stop there. She is admittedly obsessed with watching HGTV in her spare time and has been known to recreate the on-air decorations in her own home.
Though it may not seem like it, on any particular day you may catch Adam slam-dancing at a death metal concert or perfecting his moves at the skate park. Adam says his goal is to help real estate agents live exceptional lives with compelling marketing collateral. His attention to detail and can-do attitude set him apart, but around the office he’s best known for his dolphin imitation (seriously, ask him to do it). He maintains his Maine bonafides by playing in an ice-hockey league in Florida, and is as quick with the jokes as he is on the ice. One of his favorites? “You can tune a piano, but you can’t tuna fish.” (Har. Har. Har.)
Michelle is a versatile designer who is quick and efficient when coming up with effective designs for online and printed materials that maintain a strong national brand identity. A born problem solver, Michelle understands she will be faced with a variety of design challenges. She likes being able to come up with solutions that are visually interesting and engaging.
There’s a good chance you’ve seen Liz’s work. From striking property ads to attractive invitations, award announcements and holiday cards on social media, Liz helps define the unified appearance of the Coldwell Banker Realty brand with extraordinary marketing collateral pieces and graphic design elements for print and web. She makes The Studio’s clients look good! Her work is seen and shared by affiliated Coldwell Banker agents and clients worldwide. Liz is fluent in Spanish and loves to see the beautiful sights of the world in her travels.
“Live, love, lift.” This quote is one of many inspirations to Sarah-Jane, a Jr. art director for The Creative Studio. Based in Sarasota, FL, Sarah-Jane manages and creates many of the company’s eye-catching graphic designs. Her friends would describe her as loyal, honest and sassy, which to us sounds like the description of the ideal friend. When she’s not designing, you’ll most likely find her lifting weights or eating. She’s a competitive bodybuilder and loves food!
Danielle lives by the saying “what is meant to be, will be.” We certainly feel that her role as Jr. art director in our advertising department was meant to be. Her art degree only begins to explain her level of talent and dedication, which she uses to assist agents throughout the Southeast region with creating templates, inset ads for the Listing Concierge publications and the daily flow of listings in ads for multiple publications. Danielle happily admits there are a few things she loves as much as her job – bully dog breeds, murder mysteries and her collection of plants.
There is no need for anti-perspirant in Landon’s desk drawer, as he doesn’t sweat under pressure and is poised to meet tight deadlines with style. And if you are looking for career advice, look no further than Landon, who precociously selected a career in graphic design during his 7th grade career day. We are lucky he never wavered on that decision since his gifted creative mind helps agents and offices look top notch in publications like Hawaii Moves Real Estate Magazine. A lover of the dramatic (he is a fiery Leo!), Landon has a trademark flair that keeps agents standing out from the competition!

This mighty talented Jr. art director has an impressive resume that includes working as a production artist for Disney and an art director for Davis Elen advertising, whose clients include top brands such as McDonald’s, Pala Casino and OneWest Bank. Now, Chris can add another big name to his list. At The Studio, he is responsible for creating marketing and advertising materials for Coldwell Banker and its affiliated agents. Following Leonardo da Vinci’s famous words, “simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication,” Chris enjoys life’s simple pleasures: dancing, cooking and sharing a good laugh with his friends.
Our spitfire, New York-bred art director Andrew is just as right-brained as he is left-brained. You’ll never catch him frazzled while he balances multiple graphic design pieces for The Studio, but go ahead and try. You can witness Andrew’s game-changing designs on Coldwell Banker’s social media channels and blogs, in presentations and marketing campaigns, and much more. For an over-the-top, incredible design, leave a plate of salted caramel cookies on Andrew’s desk. We hear the way to win him over is through his sweet tooth.
Carrie likes to keep it simple. Reading and the beach make her happy, and if both of those things happen at the same time, even better. Her professional life is no different. She’s an incredible graphic designer – plain and simple. Carrie creates vivacious visuals that up the ante of agent marketing pieces, and she’s a hard worker, to boot. Carrie is also funny, loyal, honest… ok, you get the picture. She’s great!
If there’s something Jennifer wants to accomplish, she does it. Example: Her passion for adventure led her to accomplish a cycling trip across the state of Florida. Her next goal? Cycling across the nation, west to east! Thanks to that adventurous nature, Jennifer can be trusted to bring a bit of fun and edginess to her work designing collateral material for Coldwell Banker and its affiliated agents. A few other impressive accomplishments under Jennifer’s belt include designing the lettering and collaborating on the vehicle badging for the 2003 Cadillac Sixteen concept car and designing the vehicle badging for the 2004 Hummer H3T concept truck. If you asked her, though, she’d tell you her proudest accomplishment is being verified as a “cool mom.”
Michael’s friends would describe him as creative, detail-oriented, funny and a little weird. To us, those sound like some great qualifiers to be an art director with The Creative Studio. Based out of Sarasota, FL, Florida, Michael helps narrate marketing stories through eye-candy photos and fancy typesetting. When he’s not beautifying marketing content, Mike spends his spare time trying to learn the Scottish bagpipes, cycling and being a domesticated family guy.
While Ann Marie works mostly on agent projects, she dabbles in other areas as well, including office events. Her motto is if you want to see the view, you have to climb the mountain. Which she certainly does with a full life as mom to her three kids. She enjoys having fun with them at home, outings and attending many, many sporting events. She also loves experimenting with cooking – creating new recipes along the way!
A famous impressionist artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir once said, “a picture should be something pleasant, cheerful and pretty, yes pretty!” As an avid art enthusiast and Jr. art director for The Studio, Lily works on creating beautiful logos, promotional materials, ecards (and more!) with those same ideals in mind. Design is something she’s truly passionate about and taps into her skillsets outside of work as well, having previously illustrated a children’s book. Lily enjoys spending her time with family, going to the theater and is in the process of learning the art of ikebana (Japanese flower arrangements).
Ever wonder who comes up with the visual concept for The Studio’s marketing materials? Our Art Director David in Beverly Hills, for one. Making agents shine is his job, and he finds great pleasure in doing so. Every printed document, whether an event flyer, poster, ad, editorial spread, email campaign or social media content, needs to convey a message with a specific “look and feel” that makes the client stand out. Given his attention to detail and visual storytelling, it should come as no surprise that he also has an outside interest in photography and salsa dancing. As he notes, “Be sure to put your feet in the right place, then stand firm,” which applies to life and dancing!
Friends describe her as funny, friendly and hardworking, and here at The Studio we’d describe Carma as a treat! After hitting the books in Austria and Germany, “Dr. Stahnke” graduated with her Ph.D. in English and went on to teach at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Carma taught English and German for 14 years before dabbling in freelance copywriting. Ultimately, we’re thrilled that Carma put down her roots at The Studio, where she uses her creative talent and keen eye as part of the Design Concierge team. If you want a lesson in motivation from Carma herself, take heed to her favorite quote: “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
When the agents see their name in lights, on award plaques or hear it shouted from the rooftops, that’s all courtesy of Christine. She’s in charge of coordinating our national awards and recognition process for agents, and she’s in it for the long-haul. She’s already been with the company for 17 years! An organized team-player, Christine is dependable, hilarious and on a mission to visit all 1,055 designated historical sites in California with her husband and two kids. Ask her about the 700 sites she’s already seen!
There is an artist in our midst – Bethany is a musician, actor, TV show developer, yoga certified-bound instructor, sweet treats baker and pop culture aficionado. She applies her creative nature to making the most out of our marketing tools and business strategy. She helps agents increase their success by identifying and meeting their marketing needs while also recruiting and retaining team members. Witty, loyal to the core, a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts (earning the organization’s highest honor) and a canine rescue mom – we clearly see how her zest for life contributes to the success of so many.
With a long-time background in real estate and an extensive knowledge of the Coldwell Banker® marketing tools, Shira is the point person in the Wayzata office. She’s also an indispensable resource for information on global luxury and distinctive homes. Eager to help agents with any of their needs, she works diligently to assist clients and help improve their marketing strategies. Creative, imaginative, kind and generous, Shira is a natural fit for the position of field marketing specialist. Outside the office, she enjoys painting, dining with friends and listening to Joni Mitchell.
Jayne is a driving force responsible for supporting lead generation and brand exposure across 29 U.S. metropolitan markets, with an emphasis on single-family rental investors. Her objective, to increase sales and revenue, involves extensive research, analysis and pre-planning of marketing projects from execution to project launch. Jayne’s expertise as national marketing manager and her well-honed background includes extensive experience in these past roles as well: product marketing manager, accountant and telecommunications professional. A Mortar Board scholar from the University of Tulsa, this busy marketing manager still finds time for rest and relaxation, enjoying travel abroad and experiencing new cultures.
Kim is all about relationship building. For 18 years, she’s forged deep connections with not only the company but team members and clients to ensure positive outcomes. She enjoys working closely with agents on their personal marketing strategies. Kim is a team player with enough team spirit for all! Kind, patient, understanding and ready to laugh, she brings a positive vibe to the office and finds more joy waiting for her at home with her three cherished children and cockapoo! Happy dances all around!
There’s no grass growing under Christina’s feet. An accomplished marketer, licensed real estate broker and of course, a dedicated field marketing manager, she’s making her mark as a well-rounded go-getter. Involved in community leadership endeavors such as local real estate associations and nonprofit reach-out programs, she takes every opportunity to make a difference. Having firsthand knowledge of the real estate industry, she is keenly aware of agents’ needs and assists them using all the company’s powerful tools. Married to one of our country’s brave combat veterans, Christina has been able to travel the world, fulfilling her childhood dream of visiting many unique and beautiful places.
A self-described old soul, Scott not only has a few impressive credentials behind him with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications, a graduate certificate in advertising copywriting and training in public speaking, he also has a lot of words up his sleeve. Some of the adjectives we like to use to describe Scott are humble, witty, down-to-earth and refined – with a tad of silly thrown in just for fun. He wields his arsenal of uniquely fashioned prose into clever wordsmithing creations for successful marketing assets. For now, we have one word for Scott – “Welcome!”
Influenced by many of the arts, Andrea’s design aesthetic is clean and modern. She brings her unique talent to the Creative Studio creating compelling marketing pieces. Andrea enjoys photography, yoga, experiencing foods from around the world and sharing conversations with others on a myriad of topics. Moved by visual design, she also embraces the written word, as noted in her favorite quote by a famous painter: “When I was a child, my mother said to me, ‘If you become a soldier, you’ll be a general. If you become a monk, you’ll end up as the Pope.’ Instead, I became a painter and wound up as Picasso.” (Pablo Picasso)
Kara is totally invested in being a great client advocate by applying determination, inspiration and organization to her list of everyday goals along with her daily mantra: “Throw kindness around like it’s confetti!” She prides herself on creating marketing materials that clients are proud of and will want to show off to help get their listings sold. A cum laude graduate of Sonoma State University, she’s also been to Disney U and worked her magic at the iconic Walt Disney World® in Florida. She loves a day of wine tasting in Napa and any Siberian husky she meets (but most of all her own). Friends that know her well would say she’s warm-hearted, sensible and hardworking – we think she’s all that and more.
The pursuit of beautiful art is the driving force behind Kelsey and her visually stunning designs. With a formal education in fine art and graphic design, she successfully partners with internal designers, creative producers and product managers by using her well-honed talents to create winning artwork. Striking a balance all at once between visual design, branding and user experience makes Kelsey – in her own estimation – a unicorn. How utterly delightful to have such a unique and wonderful addition to the team!
Chelsea applies her background in art and technology to helping agents grow and succeed using Listing Concierge. Always ready to go the extra mile for clients, she makes sure they receive top-notch marketing campaigns. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Chelsea brings her A game to the workplace and to after-hours interests. Before retiring her skates, Chelsea was known as the Feisty Fowl at the roller derby – plucky! And she loves mixing it up in the kitchen as well, hoping to write her own cookbook one day. As a Listing Concierge coordinator and a Rugged Maniac competitor, she’s great at overcoming obstacles, staying the course and scaling large projects in a single bound. Not many people can proudly claim that they’ve celebrated a silver anniversary with the company they work for, but Dana certainly can! She has held numerous key roles over the last 27 years and even holds her real estate license. Now, Dana brings her expertise to the table as the operations specialist and executive assistant in Madison, NJ. In this role, she works with the senior leadership team and the national events team to make sure that all the marketing for Coldwell Banker NRT affiliated agents as well as company initiatives run smoothly. Outside of work, Dana loves spending time with her family and thoroughly enjoys crocheting.
Data, analytics, research and development – did you ever wonder who makes sense of it all? Enter in Oscar, an all-in-one marketing analyst. He has his finger on the pulse of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the company’s Google My Business™ pages. Oscar also builds our research library of real estate marketing products. He believes in seizing opportunities when they present themselves, like break dancing with his crew when the mood hits or rustling up some delectable garlic noodles on a whim. We’re not taking our eyes off Oscar, he might just bust a move not to be missed!
Energetic, outgoing, efficient and effervescent, Alexis has all the makings of a well-rounded marketing specialist. Knowledgeable about the company’s technology tools, she shares her expertise by training agents so they can make the most of these all-important resources. Behind every agent’s success there must be an eMarketing plan in place, and Nicole is there to assist with this most necessary aspect of today’s business. She trains sales associates on marketing techniques, company tools and social media platforms. Positive, organized and outgoing, Nicole also loves to sing and has been a part of several bands. Kristen is a truly remarkable senior digital specialist (we’re not exaggerating, she won the 2016 Coldwell Banker King Thompson Truly Remarkable Employee Award!) She specializes in all the Desk tools available to agents and troubleshoots any issues. Kristen is a whiz when it comes to web presence for agents. She successfully assists them by getting to know each agent’s individual business needs. Thoughtful and dependable, each January she gathers with friends and family for a huge feast dubbed a “Thank-Mas-Year.” She plays the hand bells in her church choir, too – her skills ring true wherever she goes.

Always ready and willing to help agents in any way she can, Alyvia follows through on all agent requests with an attention to detail that doesn’t go unappreciated. As a Listing Concierge coordinator, Alyvia’s clients can count on her to deliver exactly what they expect – professional Listing Concierge materials that effectively complement the success of their business. Alyvia’s second language is American sign language, yet another unique and helpful tool she has up her sleeve.
This Listing Concierge coordinator approaches agents’ needs with optimism and a smile, while juggling challenges gracefully and maintaining a team spirit. Marcy is bright and bubbly with an infectious, positive personality. She loves to dig for vintage treasures as well as dig in the sand at the beach. She’s a trained holistic nutrition and diet consultant, and a family constellation facilitator (exploring the impact of ancestry on modern-day life). Marcy has a wide range of interests. She served a mission in New Zealand, created an award-winning parade float for Coldwell Banker®, and we can’t leave baton twirler out of her credits – that’s just too much fun!
Creating marketing campaigns for agents, delivering effective plans and implementing ideas that show results are Sophia’s main objectives as a Listing Concierge coordinator. Serious about getting her job done to the best of her abilities, Sophia also likes to add humor for balance. Open-minded, kind and caring, she’s thrilled to be part of her awesome team. A side note about Sophia is that she loves tangy taste treats including vinegars, mustards and sweet and sour sensations. And we think she has all the ingredients necessary to delight her clients as an excellent coordinator.
If there was such a thing as a human Swiss army knife, that would be Matt. A self-described jack-of-all-trades, he masterfully tackles many jobs for agents as a marketing specialist. He believes being flexible and able to jump in at any given moment is the key to his success. He is an agent’s most agile ally and assists with marketing, training and everything in between. Matt is a champion for the company’s charitable foundation and is the liaison for the Coldwell Banker diversity program in Atlanta. Originally from England, Matt now resides in Atlanta with his wife and daughter. We’re so glad to have him on this side of the pond!
Having owned a business in the past, Carol understands the unique needs and concerns of agents and she has the working experience to offer them advice and consultation. From marketing strategies to teaching about new tools to the occasional IT intervention, Carol jumps in and helps whenever she can. Excited to learn new things, she’d rather be a participant than an observer. Loyal and light-hearted, Carol has a passion for cooking, too. She prepares meals like an artist puts paint to canvas – never measuring and merely following her instincts to come up with masterful culinary creations!
Anne likes to mix it up every day and that’s just what her field marketing specialist job affords her. She loves brainstorming with agents on Monday, teaching marketing tools on Tuesday, and going over all the Coldwell Banker® programs with new agents just coming aboard every other day of the week. Pamela’s world travels included living in five different countries, which exposed her to many cultures, places and people, helping her hone communication skills and create strong business relationships. She prides herself on excellent customer service and discovering common interests with agents. Curious by nature, this outgoing adventurer is also into building a stronger body by lifting weights. You could say Pamela successfully raises the bar in more ways than one.
A focused field marketing specialist, Jaimie takes her job very seriously down to the last detail: developing marketing strategies for agents, helping them effectively follow through with their plans, and supporting agents with training and information on new tools. A professional through and through, Kenneth maintains an excellent reputation with his clients as the go-to field marketing specialist for consultation, curation and development of marketing. A champion of the brand and supportive of agents, his attention to detail and patience in his role as specialist is apparent. Kenneth applies the same high standards to his musical interests outside the office. He is the lead vocalist of a band, plays piano, French horn and percussion. He also enjoys pro sports, running and skiing. Clearly, there’s no stopping Kenneth!
Amanda is a self-described “people person” – she loves teaching, coaching, helping and being with people from agents to coworkers, this is no solitary marketing specialist! But she’s also a techy, she knows her way around a computer and uses her skills to help agents execute their marketing plans to perfection. Outgoing, spontaneous and fluent in both English and Spanish, Andrew loves sports, too. Soccer, football and basketball play a big part in his life. He’s a huge fan of the TV show The Office – luckily, he aspires to be more like the Jim Halpert character than Michael Scott, and for that we’re grateful!
One of the ways Leah excels at helping agents live exceptional lives is making their digital platforms look exceptionally wonderful! She has an awesome Facebook business page – Real Estate Marketing with Leah – that speaks for itself. Leah also has ties to Hollywood: she wrote, produced and funded a short film that debuted at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago in 2009 and at a film festival in Los Angeles, moreover she’s related to a famous actress. However, Leah’s not revealing who that person is – c’mon, don’t leave us hanging – inquiring minds want to know!
With Kennedy, it’s all about connecting. Whether it’s strategizing with agents on ways to help take their business to the next level, or organizing a spontaneous evening out with girlfriends, Kennedy’s strength lies in coming up with great ideas and making someone’s day. Her creative thinking translates into effective marketing contributions as a Listing Concierge coordinator. The self-described “life of the party,” Kennedy enjoys thrifting and scoring unique gems to complement her one-of-kind mind.
We’re currently in the process of designing a cape with the letters L.K. emblazoned on it for Lauren, because we agree with her – she’s here to save the day! Lauren swoops in wherever needed to help at a moment’s notice. Her delightful demeanor and positive attitude make her a super friendly face at the office and a joy to work with. A soccer devotee and wannabe beach bum, she’s not quite ready to stop working her hardest for the field marketing team in Deerfield. According to those that know Jeffrey well, he’s your go-to guy should there be a zombie apocalypse – good to know! He’s super reliable, supportive and a strong problem solver, all necessary traits while fending off zombies and assisting agents with strategies and solutions. Always available to patiently listen to concerns and help create solutions, Jeffrey is a creative thinker dedicated to helping agents. He enjoys a good challenge that rewards skill, knowledge and being quick on your feet. He’s also a curiosity seeker voraciously absorbing information from YouTube and Wikipedia. Perhaps his research will lead him to write the ultimate Zombie Survival Guide one day, it’s sure to be a bestseller!
When Christen is not busy cheering for the Bay area home teams (she’s a Giants, Warriors, Niners and Sharks fan), agents and branch managers get her full support in marketing strategy. Building their businesses by helping to develop and execute marketing plans is her winning talent. She also lends her experience and provides training of the exceptional Coldwell Banker® tools. A creative problem-solver who is passionate about her work and adventurous on her off hours, Christen applies her all-in attitude to the thrill of downhill skiing and snowboarding in winter and riding the water’s edge on her wakeboard in summer. Olivia is instrumental in facilitating a smooth introduction to agents of our Clients For Life program. From preparation to production, she helps with strategic implementation of this powerful application that assists agents in building their business. Hardworking, creative and extremely organized, Olivia puts her skills to good use as well as her knowledge of entrepreneurship, ethics and leadership which she acquired through the University of Florida’s Innovation Academy program. When not at work, you may find Olivia on the slopes skiing or on the water paddle boarding. Wherever we may find Olivia, we’re sure she’s headed straight for success.
Patience is one of Janice’s virtues, and it doesn’t go unnoticed by agents who recognize this quality in her. Whether she is teaching agents how to use the company’s new tools or informing them on marketing strategies to build their business, Janice makes agents feel comfortable no matter the topic. A cat lover with a soft spot for all living things, Janice volunteers at a local animal shelter and drives all the way from Illinois to a rural Utah animal sanctuary to lend a helping hand – amazing! Educated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree, the school of rock and roll is not lost on her either, as she has seen Bruce Springsteen in concert more than 50 times. Clearly, devotion is also on the list of Janice’s fine qualities.

Brittany likes to mix in a little fun with her business acumen. She provides agents with a supportive, collaborative environment and believes work can and should be an enjoyable part of everyone’s day. She loves brainstorming with agents and infuses her kind, smart and fun-loving personality into her daily activities. Brittany may be a self-described klutz, but it’s smooth sailing when she hits the water. An accomplished swimmer, she coached and taught the sport for nearly a decade. She loves to cook, entertain and digs gardening. Plus, she’s a Scrabble champ – how many of those do you know? We give you double points, Brittany, for spelling out S-U-C-C-E-S-S in every way possible – across, down and diagonally! Keep up the good work.
As the first in his family to graduate high school and then college, Juan exemplifies his favorite quote: “Never, ever give up: still I rise.” He lives by that mantra and inspires others to do the same. Juan has a keen musical ear, he can play most instruments and he can do a backflip on command – impressive! As a Product Support Specialist, we’re certain Juan’s agile nature and perseverance will prove to be great assets in his successful career ahead.

Upbeat, optimistic and an excellent communicator, Cassandra loves working with every kind of person, and it shows. On top of ensuring timely and accurate marketing pieces on a regular basis, she also won the 2018 Coldwell Banker® Marketing Star Award. On a steady course of blue skies ahead, Cassandra’s glass-half-full attitude is spilling over into her personal life. Happily married to her high school sweetheart, they recently were blessed with a beautiful baby boy – looks like her cup runneth over!
Chelsea is a powerhouse of creative communication. A self-proclaimed multi-tasking machine, she supports agents with marketing solutions for their brand. She considers herself a storyteller, combining marketing strategy skills with her creativity as a graphic artist for a winning approach. Whether it’s branding, brochure design or conceptual art, Chelsea delivers materials that seamlessly and effectively communicate the conceptual vision. Crafty, quirky, direct and kind, Chelsea started out as a go-getter: water- and snow-skiing since she was four, becoming homecoming queen and school mascot in high school, then studying visual design and merchandising and fine art photography. Clearly, Chelsea is still on the move with no end in sight.
A self-described problem solver, triple-checker and big-picture person, Carlyn has developed a keen attention to detail as a coordinator. Her natural analytic and creative sensibilities make her the perfect fit for her job. Outside of work, Carlyn sings and performs as well as produces and records audio and video content for local organizations and recording artists. She has taught first aid, CPR and babysitting courses through the American Red Cross and has mentored students competing in LEGO® robotics. Whew! With all that she does, we should probably sing her praises as a time management specialist, too.
More than an experienced, service-driven Listing Concierge coordinator, Kyleen is an effective marketing professional prepared to assist clients with their property marketing. She also prides herself on being ready at a moment’s notice to serve as a sounding board and provide new ideas that contribute to an agent’s success. Her excellent organizational skills, love of laughter and compassionate, loyal nature is apparent in her role as an expert coordinator. A seasoned equestrian and graduate of California State University with a B.A. in business administration and a certificate in human resource management from Sonoma State University, we’re eager to see what Kyleen will take on next.
Accomplished in business and life, there’s no grass growing under Sandi’s feet. With a master’s degree in business administration, an advanced certificate in internet marketing, as well as being a certified mediator and a licensed real estate agent, it looks like Sandi is totally equipped to help agents maximize their marketing materials for certain success. Never a dull moment for Sandi, she has stories to share about her life outside the office including her dinner with Princess Diana (so cool) and her sailing-the-seas yarns from her six months in Mexico upon her sailboat. We’re all ears!

Maybe Jaime’s infectious optimism comes easily to her because she sticks to a simple, powerful quote from Amy Poehler: “Change the world by being yourself.”
Molly puts her field marketing skills to work every day by assisting agents in achieving their goals and helping them make the most of the Coldwell Banker® tools. Sincere, helpful and a great team player, Molly received the 2018 Annual Best Staff Award for her location’s office. She’s playful, ready to learn new things and driven. Speaking of driven, she loves to go on random drives around beautiful Utah and will drive out of her way to find the perfect loaf of rye or sour dough bread – that’s what we call going the extra mile for a better slice of life!
Caitlin has what it takes to provide excellent agent marketing support: a self-defined “people person,” perky and patient, with a B.A. in public relations and an M.A. in mass communication from Texas Tech University. Her business acumen aside, she has a couple of unusual interests outside of work including her three pet ferrets Pretzel, Cheddar and Fry (it sounds like Caitlin finds them deliciously irresistible) and her obsession with all things Harry Potter. More than qualified for the job and just a little quirky, Caitlin has us utterly bewitched!
With an excellent eye for design and a willingness to jump in whenever needed, we consider Kari an art director extraordinaire. Responsible for developing and executing advertising design for everything from magazine covers to regional ads, Kari juggles it all with a happy-go-lucky demeanor and a matter-of-fact attitude. Here’s a little-known fact – Kari is a tad quirky as she has a penchant for pineapples and grows them at her Florida home. Now we can all say we know a pineapple farmer – sweet!
Making connections is clearly Kylee’s strength. As a Design Concierge expert, she assists agents throughout the progress of their projects from design edits to finished files. Kylee’s engaging personality and intellect has served her well and gained her notable accolades as the title holder of Miss Idaho 2016. She also participated in the Miss America Competition and placed in the top 15 finalists. Trained in classical ballet and voice, her talents are far-reaching and versatile. Brains, beauty and business savvy – looks like we have a triple-threat in our midst.
Luckily for us, we have an incredibly reliable communicator in Jose. He is the liaison between all departments, excelling at multi-tasking and doing it all with a smile! Experienced in running his own successful marketing agency, he comes with a well-immersed background of the industry. Originally from Venezuela, Jose brings his native language of Spanish to the table as well as some delectable baking skills. Note to Jose: We’re all waiting for a lesson in Venezuelan desserts.
Denise shares a passion for marketing and a wealth of business knowledge with Coldwell Banker®-affiliated agents. She owned her own marketing consulting business in the past and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2011. Armed with this experience, Denise brings a unique perspective that empowers agents to maximize their productivity. Continuing to evolve her expertise, she obtained certification from Northwestern University in Social Media Marketing in 2016. Obviously, Denise loves to work hard, though she still finds time to root for the Chicago Cubbies home team. An enthusiastic fan in the stands and a dedicated problem solver at work, we believe Denise has all her bases covered.
Attention to detail is what Sam is all about. She serves as the all-important liaison between the agents and the communications team. Sam is an indispensable resource for clients and team members alike. At her core, Sam is a problem solver, finding solutions to keep everything running smoothly is her forte. And don’t underestimate Sam’s adventurous side. She backpacked across Europe for six months by herself! Perhaps we could coax some European vacation stories out of Sam with her favorite Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup candy – we’re all ears, Sam.
John’s creative marketing designs help showcase the Coldwell Banker® brand and our agents’ unique real estate talents. Thoughtful and quick to come up with creative ideas, John does whatever it takes to exceed expectations. One of his Coldwell Banker designs received the second place Spinner Award in the 2012 PhotoSpin Design Contest, and we’re thoroughly impressed! John keeps on surprising us: he’s a yodeling fan with an awesome Spotify playlist (and followers numbering in the thousands). It sounds like John has a wide range of interests, all with equally high standards.
Everyone who enjoys reading VIEW magazine has Alin to thank. She works diligently to create visually stunning graphic designs and layouts for the 70-page magazine. Alin is fluent in three languages – English, Armenian and Persian – and serves as a board member of the PTA at the Glendale Unified School District, bringing parents and schools closer together. Entrepreneur Mary Kay Ash once said, “What you believe, remember, you can achieve,” and Alin stands as a perfect example of this: she recently earned her MBA and there’s no telling what she’ll achieve next!
Frank manages a talented team of Design Concierge graphic artists, who craft all of the agent materials produced by The Creative Studio. He gained his versatile experience on a start-up team that branded and launched an advertising and design school in Chicago. Frank also owned a brand design studio and taught classes at the Chicago Portfolio School, mentoring hundreds of people in their pursuit of a creative career. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker®, he was design manager for the world’s largest futures exchange, CME Group. We’re inspired by Frank’s sage advice when it comes to any creative challenge, “For best results, apply business end of No. #2 pencil.”

Meet Samantha Saucedo, Event Specialist supreme from Edina, MN, she brings a passion to special events planning from creative concept right down to the last perfect detail. Samantha loves seeing her vision for gathering people together come to life and the magical moments her thoughtfully planned events bring to the table. Whether Samantha is planning work events, at a live concert in town or engrossed in a conspiracy theory documentary (her fav) at home, she brings a creative energy and a positive attitude to everything she does – we’ll all RSVP “Yes” to that!
Taylor’s taking the bull by the horns in her new role as Field Marketing Manager in Houston. Her Texas roots play a big part in her wide-reaching enthusiasm for all things exciting, from Houston real estate to college football, DIY projects to her toddler on the move! Taylor loves indulgent confections and balances her sweet tooth with working out (solid plan). What’s next from this mentor, mom, crafter and supportive FMM? Stay tuned, we’re sure Taylor will be leaving her mark in a big way – Texas style!
Tracy loves words and enjoys using them like colors in a painter’s palette. And she does so artistically, while creating copy for a multitude of jobs including View Magazine articles and editorials, Clients For Life assets and more. Tracy’s artistic flair goes way back. She’s a graduate of Chicago’s Second City Players Workshop and performed in a Second City Children’s Play. Outgoing and fearless, Tracy has been learning to speak Italian, while gardening, hiking, cooking and traveling fill in the gaps. Color us impressed.
Although she now resides on a different coast, Pooja is still an unapologetic fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Washington Capitals. Speaking of fans, that’s us talking about her. Pooja takes the ball (or the puck) and knows how to run with it, managing the design process from the start of a project to finish, making deadlines and making sure the teams have everything they need to succeed. She’s positive, organized, supportive, personable and a dancing machine. We’re not quite sure how that last skill set fits in, but certain one day it will.
Maintaining a smooth flow of marketing pieces from the field to our copywriters and designers is both challenging and rewarding. That’s exactly what Sally loves so much about her role as marketing traffic coordinator. Sally brings years of real estate experience to the job and lives by believing in what she’s doing, then executing with precise detail and care for each project. That’s the modus operandi of a marketing coordinator extraordinaire. And it just so happens, that’s exactly how Sally describes herself.
Guadalupe has, perhaps, the best slogan of any member of The Studio, “If life gives you lemons, have a tequila!” Now that’s a can-do attitude if there ever was one. Guadalupe brings her agility, accuracy, cheerfulness, curiosity and audacious personality to her role as marketing traffic coordinator. Guadalupe is committed to reaching her goals on the job. Off the job, she makes her own clothing, loves cooking and is fluent in Spanish, French and catchy catch phrases.
Driven by seeing the enjoyment of attendees at events she’s planned is motivation enough for Christina. As an event specialist responsible for planning various events in Florida, she credits her attention to detail and love of what she does for making events simply “fabulous.” When she’s not planning, she’s serving… on the tennis court. Her other passion.
A degree in international business with a focus on the Korean language and marketing, along with a year of studying abroad, has prepared Christine well for her role as marketing coordinator. Her experience has taught her to be patient, personable and make sure that she is relatable to agents, so she can provide them with the best service and experience. Christine’s motto is to always treat others the way you want to be treated. That works in any part of the world.
As a Listing Concierge coordinator, Dylan creates “marketing magic.” Presto, change-o and poof, another happy agent with a sold sign going up. Dylan is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, funny and committed to providing excellent customer service to agents. Off the clock, Dylan is a professional photographer. Around the office, Dylan describes himself as a human garbage disposal because he’ll eat almost anything given to him. Poof. It’s gone.
Agents have a lot of powerful marketing tools at their disposal. Good thing they have a powerful Listing Concierge coordinator behind them in Melissa. She brings a strong work ethic and stronger desire to provide great customer service in helping them find what works best for their listing – brochures, postcards, website, tv and YouTube. She’s a people pleaser and dedicated to doing the best job at all times. When she’s not juggling media options, she loves to play volleyball. We’re sure there’s plenty of power in her game, too!
Bringing skills and experience from her career path through the publishing, marketing and nonprofit realms, Vanessa joined The Studio as a copywriter in December 2017. (FYI: That’s different from “copyrighter” – a few of her neighbors were under the impression that she’s involved in intellectual property law.) The truth is, no matter what job she tackles, she approaches it with passion, dedication and creativity. As charming as her native “Charm City” and as sunny as her new home state of Florida, Vanessa adds a little bit of sparkle to everything she does.
If it involves the written word, Andrew is your guy! Matter of fact, if it involves the spoken word, Andrew is also your guy – he’s got plenty of stories to tell and would happily share why his favorite inventions are the cruise control and the computer mouse. As a copywriter, he helps write and edit the marketing materials The Studio produces. Not only has writing been his profession for nearly 40 years, but he’s had the chance to work overseas with writers in Chile and Ukraine. After many travels and collected anecdotes, Andrew now prefers to enjoy the simpler delights in life: A relaxing weekend cocktail and living to be 100, as long as the New York Yankees are still playing, of course.
Alice is the friend you can call at 1 am with your burning grammar questions…but no guarantees she won’t laugh when you incorrectly use the word ‘whom.’ She’s a star copywriter and is responsible for communicating the awesome tools that come from the marketing Studio. We are lucky Alice’s career has been dedicated to writing and editing, since her work is what helps agents understand all that they have available to them. When she’s not busy crafting copy, you can find her on the tennis courts, swinging a racket at the errant sentence fragment.
The Field Marketing Manager is many things rolled into one – marketing expert, communications master, analytical thinker, brand ambassador, tools tour guide, and most importantly, someone who treats each affiliate like our client. Sounds like the perfect job for Jennifer. Jennifer credits her drive, confidence, creativeness sprinkled with a high emotional quotient, and good sense of humor as key to tackling any challenges that come her way as FMM. To Jennifer, art is everything. This art history major still finds ways to weave it into her life every day. Way cool fact: President Obama and wife Michelle crashed her birthday dinner in DC in 2018, so we know she has presidential approval.
Diana knows several web languages — HTML, CSS, PHP, Elvish, Dothraki. Ok, maybe not the last two. But this social media guru is a valuable asset for Coldwell Banker’s Pittsburgh regional offices, assisting them with their social efforts along with company-wide communication projects and events. Diana and her husband boast a collection of more than 200 board games! They must have one big game closet.
“I must be in the front row!” Having the privilege to work on the legendary Miller Lite Tastes Great/Less Filling campaign early in his career, Bob penned copy for this television commercial featuring Bob Uecker that now resides in the Broadcast Hall of Fame. Years later, his passion for crafting memorable and impactful copy hasn’t waned. From Madison Avenue to New Jersey (his home state) and now to Florida, Bob is excited to bring his creative flair and collaborate with the many talented folks at The Studio. While his spare time revolves around anything related to sports, the one-day screenplay dream is still out there.
To become a copywriter, you’ve got to start somewhere, and we’re happy to be that somewhere for Kristina! A recent grad from the University of North Florida with a degree in journalism, her copyediting and feature writing experience are a welcomed addition to The Studio and will definitely come in handy as she helps us launch the Clients For Life sphere marketing program nationwide. Kristina enjoys reading and loves taking on challenges both professionally and at play (watch out video gamers) — as long as they don’t involve breaking a sweat.
Liz understands perfectly well that real estate is a seven-day a week job, which is why she makes herself available to agents, well, seven days a week. Starting off in real estate in her early 20s by assisting her mother, Liz works with the executive leadership team on regional projects and strategic marketing plans for agents across the Mid-Atlantic region. Her tireless work ethic has led to ways to improve agent recruitment and retention by producing a video testimonial campaign, updating the company’s presence at trade shows, and creating awareness of company tools through events like NRT Referral Rewards. Liz also serves as the local liaison for the Global Luxury program, producing Elite Sales events, and overseeing print advertising. In her spare time — wait, there is no spare time.
Joanne likes to pay it forward. She often starts the random acts of caffeinated kindness in a Starbucks drive-thru on her way to the office. This marketing enthusiast brings that ‘doing for others’ spirit with a sense of humor and fun in her work onboarding and handling marketing conversions for experienced agents and teams affiliating with the company. Joanne has a passion for providing stellar customer service and support to the branch field offices, as well. Her list of accomplishments also includes receiving the Distinguished Service Award from our senior leadership in 2018 and completing a Marketing Certificate Program, finishing with a 3.98 GPA – to which we add “wow!”
While helping agents learn how to use and implement company tools along with building their social media and website presence, Jaclyn notes she often has to think quickly on her feet. That makes total sense. As a collegiate and continuing league volleyball player, she’s had to think quickly on her feet for years — imagine a spiked volleyball coming directly at you! In her spare time, she recharges by traveling and hiking, at a somewhat slower pace.
Elizabeth loves to help other people. And agents in Cincinnati and Columbus are thrilled that she does. Among the responsibilities for this University of Kentucky grad is helping them by completing their property marketing requests and, more recently, coordinating and managing all events for Cincinnati agents. Focused on self-improvement, Elizabeth is working toward her MBA and loves hot yoga. When she’s not focused on self-improvement, it will most likely involve Mexican food.
Nick describes himself as adventurous. Traveling far and wide to capture photos that would one day appear in local exhibitions and teaching computer and office skills to residents of a small community in Tanzania, attests to that. What’s his latest adventure? Working with The Strategy Studio and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® teams to bring a superior experience to agents to help them achieve their goals. Applying his worldly knowledge to this — piece of cake.
Shaan does it all. Maybe that’s why he’s self-described as the “Mutt of Marketing.” He coordinates all the PR/media for SoCal and Arizona, coordinates all the View Magazine covers and editorials for the market, even does some social media — the list goes on. And he’s just as active in his personal life as a kickboxer, roller skater, beach football player — 2 championships and 2 sportsmanship awards to date — add to that a Masters degree. To the Mutt of Marketing, all we can say is “Woof, Woof.”
Agents love leads. So naturally, agents love Stephen. In his role, Stephen provides dedicated marketing support for Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Services, which drives leads and referrals to agents —obviously instrumental in helping them maintain and grow their business. Speaking of instrumental, Stephen plays the drums. Speaking of love, that would come from his pet tortoise named Koopa.
Cats and Pats. Two of Terri’s passions. As a volunteer at Feline Friends of SW Florida, she loves “all things feline.” And she’s been a devoted fan of the New England Patriots even before they were good – we’re not sure when that actually was. Terri professes an equal love of Excel, which is a perfect passion to have in her role supporting the Florida Marketing Director, the Florida Field Marketing Managers and offices around the state.
There’s a song written a few years ago called “Sarah Smile.” With her off-the-charts optimism, it was probably meant for our Sarah. A committed problem solver, she works with the field marketing team to ensure that are geared for success and have the tools they need to support agents, helping them in their pursuit of living an exceptional life. And with her sense of dedication, we just know it’s done with a big smile. How’s this for an interesting fact about her? She knows every word to Hamilton.
In 2016 Tracie won the Marketing Director of the Year award from the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio. Needless to say, agents in central Ohio and Greater Cincinnati are fully confident that their marketing materials will be professional, strategic, authentic and compliant. Tracie is determined to support the “Culture of Awesomeness” and follows through by planning and executing social media-worthy events along with maintaining the communications calendar to keep all abreast of national initiatives, local news and events. Sounds like a lot of Awesomeness to us.
