  • Fourth Wednesday of every month at 2 pm ET/11 am PT
  • All agents and employees are invited
  • Register to get the TMAP for Agents calendar invite to participate in live user testing, see product demos, provide feedback and ask the product owners questions live
  • If you can’t attend, you can find the latest meeting recording and presentation on Desk so you’re always up-to-date

  • We regularly send out surveys for product feedback
  • Register to get on our User Research list for even more survey opportunities
  • Look out for in-app feedback opportunities via a pop-up question like, “Would you recommend this product to a friend or colleague?” while using our apps
