There is no visual marketing collateral too big or too small for Jhomarie to deliver, be it designing one form or an entire advertising campaign. “I make things look pretty,” Jhomarie sums up her work, “while also communicating a clear message.” Her instincts are good – she’s a perennial champ at Rock, Paper, Scissors, after all. And she possesses the education and experience to back it up, having graduated Cum Laude in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge and worked in creative services for CBS.
While he may not create Spanish Renaissance art, The Studio’s own El Greco certainly creates marketing magic for our affiliated agents. Alessandro believes that, “Life is trying things to see if they work.” Had he not tried, he wouldn’t have earned certifications in Google Adwords and Google Analytics, and he certainly wouldn’t have learned how to juggle at a young age. Now, as a marketing coordinator, he triumphantly juggles the marketing needs of a wide-range of affiliated agents with precision, speed and tons of talent.
Though co-workers and Coldwell Banker affiliated agents know Paul as a product specialist, to his friends he’s Paul: the inventor of bacon pancakes, movie quoter extraordinaire, amateur golfer and an all-around funny guy. Paul’s tremendous contribution to The Studio comes in the form of supporting the field and agents to ensure that they are experts on all the tools and products the company provides for them to run a fruitful business. And, as a licensed real estate agent himself, Paul has the added edge in understanding what agents want. Outside of work, he enjoys rewatching some of his favorite flicks and “Family Guy” (he openly admits to seeing each episode over a dozen times).
Morgan’s last name may be complicated, but she’s making it easier than ever for agents to promote themselves and their properties. The quiet and sweet Listing Concierge coordinator is making loud, colorful statements through the incredible agent marketing pieces she creates for Coldwell Banker’s Listing Concierge program. Morgan loves seamless teamwork, spectacular customer service and, of course, natural displays of light in the Earth’s sky. Not sure what that means? Well, Morgan can proudly say that she has hopped on a plane to Iceland – armed with her bucket list – to get a first-hand look at the majestic Northern Lights.
We can only assume that Caitlin is in charge of throwing all her friend’s birthday parties. She’s one of The Studio’s super talented event specialists. More specifically, she’s the one that helps recognize and reward the agents for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Caitlin is highly organized, passionate and dedicated, but we bet you didn’t know she’s a serious hot sauce fiend. This world traveler (evidence: she studied abroad in Australia) has bottles for every country she’s ever been to—just don’t ask her to share her favorites.
Hermanus is a direct and honest guy, not just in English but in Afrikaans, the second language he’s fluent in. He is also very detailed-oriented, customer-service driven and will go out of his way for everyone, all of which make him a successful Listing Concierge coordinator. Matter of fact, Hermanus is such a great coach that he also assists the other Listing Concierge coordinators in Southern California – he’s the right guy to bring out the best in people. But he’s not just a people-person, Hermanus also takes care of his two dogs, two goats (yes, goats!) and 10 parrots (yes, 10!). With high honors, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in communications and web graphic design, but his passion for design doesn’t stop there. Hermanus is an avid gardener also interested in the landscape design field.
Going above and beyond, and putting quality above quantity are what sets Heather apart. We’re not just saying that – we’ve got the receipts: she won the “Golden Pickle” award for going the extra mile when she was with the Sacramento/Tahoe region and has earned two top performance awards since June for providing stellar customer service on the Listing Concierge platform. Heather says her previous job working in a branch office with agents is what makes her so attuned to their needs and able to deliver exceptional service. When not at work, she’s bound to be with her dogs or welcoming friends and family to her home for a tasty meal. And if she hits the next big lottery jackpot, you’re likely to see a dog shelter with Heather’s name on it!
Working hard and dreaming big keeps this Listing Concierge coordinator busy. Kaitlynn’s upbeat, flexible attitude, as well as her ability to multitask, keeps her on track at work. When she isn’t helping Coldwell Banker affiliated agents by providing them with high-quality marketing materials, she can be found daydreaming about a trip to Greece or taking care of her furry felines. She’s also proud of her alma mater, Oregon State University, where she graduated with a marketing degree. Go Beavers!
Back when the internet was young and the world wide web was like the wild, wild west, Michael was already helping real estate agents create a dynamic online presence. In 1997, he started one of the very first companies that designed websites for agents. Today, Michael works in product development for The Studio, still helping agents stay ahead of the competition with the latest and greatest technological tools. He recognizes the unique needs of real estate agents, having been a licensed California real estate broker since 1989. If you talk to Michael and he seems quite centered and calm, it might be because of his 2018 New Year’s resolution to meditate daily – a promise he successfully upheld!
There’s no place like home for this Kansas gal! And Shawna is definitely right at home working as a product, data and feed analyst with The Product Studio. This multitasking, positive thinker provides third-level support when “unsolvable” issues need resolution. Her analytical skills are bar none as is her can-do attitude. Shawna started with the company 32 years ago, first planning company events then working her way around the marketing department until landing in her current role.
Violet lives a life as colorful as her name. Inside the office she smoothly executes TV and advertising opportunities for Coldwell Banker’s® Listing Concierge service. She’s a stickler for details and is the queen of organization – all of which make her an ideal project specialist. When she’s not making a living, she’s living life in big and exciting ways. The certified fitness instructor dabbles in tennis, and snowboards when the conditions are just right. She also does a great job of making people feel lazy, as she recently knocked out 120 miles on her Peloton in just a month. You probably want to know how she has any energy left to do her job. We do, too.
She may be known as the ‘mom’ or even the ‘grandma’ of her friend group, but to us, she’s the aunt who always has candy. KristiAnne is the energized, passionate event specialist for our Arizona, Utah and California markets. She organizes our events from start to finish, adding in her special wow-factor and creating unforgettable moments for agents. KristiAnne is a former study-abroad student, where she captured the beauty of Rome so thoroughly that she won her college’s international photography contest. Back in the States, if you find her awake after 7:30 pm, she’s probably busy crafting or tossing a frisbee to her adorable puppy, Leroy.
“There is no substitute for paying attention” is Tim’s motto, because, he says, “It’s amazing how far you can get when you take notes.” For Tim, this motto (and, okay, the first IT certification he received in 1999) brought him to his current position, where he leads a support team of marketing product experts who service the company’s online presence. Not only can Tim juggle a busy work schedule, but he can juggle pretty much any object you give him, within a reasonable size and weight limit of course. When the weather’s nice, though, you’re most likely to find him out on the water: He recently fulfilled a childhood dream and bought his first boat!
Alan describes himself as subtle, but his work as a product web specialist is anything but – he’s the heart, hustle and muscle that powers the many digital tools and resources The Studio develops for agents and their businesses. He’s versatile, quick and can take on any task at a moment’s notice. And even more impressive, he can do it with a smooth temperament and amazing world-class humbleness. If he wasn’t busy making the online world a better place and busting out bass guitar solos, he could probably run for mayor.
David is wise in the ways of web development and accumulated his expertise solely through self-study and field experience. He was instrumental in building technology that helped a real estate company expand its number of agents tenfold before it was acquired by Realogy Brokerage Group LLC. Today, David continues to use his wealth of knowledge and inventiveness to arm Coldwell Banker agents with the latest technology tools. You might even go so far as to call David’s abilities a bit magical – his mother was an astrologer and channeler, and he’s always identified with wise old wizard characters in books. Oh, and nbd: He also raises tarantulas as a hobby!
When agents look for assistance showcasing a new listing, Julie is there to work her marketing magic. As a former marketing coordinator at the office level, she understands the urgency of the business and is well-versed in the agent experience. This self-proclaimed cat lady loves to bake, dig through the bins at local record shops and, of course, spend time with her husband, son and two cats. Julie, who has been a full-time employee with the company since 1998 – WOW! – is loyal and passionate about everything she does and appreciates a goofy sense of humor.
How many people can say their family owns a circus? Well, we know one, and she just happens to be on the Coldwell Banker Realty Listing Concierge team, operating out of Southern California. Regan uses her MBA in marketing and strong professional background to the fullest when creating amazing collateral for affiliated agents. She takes pride in working with agents in Texas to help them develop their professional presence while also creating materials to help them win listings.
Nancy is the conduit for a staggering number of special projects. She oversees more than 100,000 real estate listings and photos that are drawn from 20 nationwide multiple listing services and published on Coldwell Banker’s website (and hundreds of other sites)! Every month, she handles more than 300 Help Desk tickets, providing invaluable assistance to more than 5,000 agents and 700 employees. But this workload doesn’t keep Nancy behind a desk. She is a lover of the great outdoors, enjoying hiking, swimming, motorcycling and target shooting.
Suzanne always says, “If I don’t know the answer to something, I will find it.” That is what makes her a stellar customer service representative for Listing Concierge and is one of the many reasons why she received a Handshake Award for her commitment to her work and always helping her colleagues. As a member of the Listing Concierge team, Suzanne helps agents market their listings, from guiding them through the system to creating their campaign materials. She does it all fearlessly because Suzanne is not the type of gal to wait for the storm to pass, she’s the type to dance in the rain!
Every agent needs a little marketing magic to spruce up their business, and Shavon has mastered the craft. As a listing concierge coordinator and SoCal team lead, Shavon delivers outstanding work quickly and efficiently without fail. Friendly and compassionate, she strongly believes that the recipe to creating a project right from the start is by listening and practicing empathy; and she applies that to her personal life, as well. Though “obsessed” with shopping, her infatuation for fine threads falls second to her love of being a mom and role model. Shavon dances through life with undeniable confidence and passion for everything she does.
This fun and all-around happy mother to a spirited 6-year-old daughter is patient, poised and personable when it comes to serving the marketing needs of real estate agents. Alison has seen 48 of the 50 states – Oklahoma and Alaska are the last two standing, and she’s determined to get there someday. When she’s not working with the awesome agents and creating marketing masterpieces, Alison is singing karaoke or daydreaming of a trip to Lake Tahoe.
Danielle researches and analyzes potential and current digital products, such as applications and websites. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing, a sales certificate from the University of Wisconsin Parkside and also recently completed her Google Analytics Certification. Danielle’s motto is: “I’d rather be a little weird than all boring.” And she’s anything but. She’s a certified fitness instructor who teaches a class called “BodyAttack,” which is a high-intensity cardio workout designed to build strength and stamina. If that wasn’t enough, Danielle’s husband is a homebrewer, so the couple often enjoy entering their craft beer into tasting competitions.
Samara and her team support the Concierge Suite of products, and work hard to make sure they’re doing it in the most timely, efficient and helpful way possible. When she’s not working, this funny, outgoing and quirky Chicago-native can be found obsessing about the next new animal odd couple (think a deer and a dog that are best friends) or on a hunt for the best taco. Her travels have taken her far, notably to South Africa, the birthplace of her father. And true story, her first word was taco!
If you ever find yourself in a panic because you forgot you’re hosting tomorrow night’s Fourth of July party, Deb is your girl. As an event specialist, Deb is in charge of planning and managing events for the entire company and also manages the charitable giving for three Coldwell Banker regions. An organizing machine, Deb also doubles as the life of the party if you remember to bring her oysters—seriously. She eats them weekly, and we’re curious to know if she gathers them up herself while floating on the ocean waters on her 6-foot inflatable unicorn. In all seriousness, Deb is a valued member not just of The Studio, but of the community, likely thanks to her motto, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
Nic has already had a very interesting and varied background — being the owner of his own clothing brand, real estate appraiser, competitive cyclist — to which he adds Field Marketing Manager. Nic is tasked with all marketing activities in the state as well as coordinating efforts with Southern California to ensure marketing consistency. He realizes that real estate is a fast-moving business and lives by the motto “Failing to plan is planning to fail.” With his competitive spirit and entrepreneurial background, failing doesn’t seem to be an option.
“Living in a world designed for right-handed people forces lefties to come up with creative solutions.” And so southpaw Gianna goes about everyday using creativity and intuition to tackle whatever is thrown her way, assisting the events team in any and all administrative tasks. Gianna’s background includes a degree in TV and digital media along with a love of sushi. Personable, charming, ambitious and courageous, she’s always ready to lend a hand. More than likely, the left one.
One of Adam’s favorite quotes is from Wayne Gretzky: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” As someone who interacts with agents every day through education and strategy, Adam is determined to always give it his best shot and never stop shooting. Among Adam’s many accomplishments are being a licensed real estate agent, a jazz guitarist, and he boasts to have ridden his bike across the state of Missouri, without guitar in hand we hope.
Morgan competes in Spartan Races and Tough Mudders and was a nationally-ranked Division I tennis player at Manhattan College, so it goes without saying that our luxury markets coordinator for The Strategy Studio is driven and results-oriented. Much of her job entails B2B marketing, where she excels at building relationships with clients. She’s based in Madison – she’d love it if you stopped by and said hi if you’re in the area!
What do you get when you mix kickboxing expertise with the fashion design skills of a rising Vera Wang? The Studio’s accounting coordinator, of course. Penny has hidden talents for days. Lucky for us, she loves the satisfying sound of number crunching above cutting dress material and showing off her defensive moves. Penny handles our budgets and forecasts, and helps support our awesome field marketing managers across the country, and she does it all from our New Jersey office. This natural problem-solver will handle any impossible project that crosses her desk like she’s in the Rubik’s Cube world series.
This forward thinker with a bachelor’s degree in art history and post-grad in forestry can take on any challenge thrown her way and excel with flying colors. As the marketing administrator in Sarasota, FL and right-hand woman of Jan Loomis, VP of The Creative Studio, her role is to provide support to the entire creative team. Outside of the bustling world of marketing, Nancy enjoys biking, museum-hopping, whipping up new recipes – as well as sacred old ones – and making a difference in her local community; she previously mentored adult literacy programs.
One of Alexis’ favorite quotes comes courtesy of the 2015 Cinderella movie: “Have courage and be kind.” It’s short and sweet, and she tries to live by those words every day. As project coordinator, Alexis oversees projects to ensure they are running smoothly in the system, meeting their deadlines and making sure final pieces are properly distributed. Her ability to stay organized, prioritize and communicate with the other departments makes her a true marketing star!
After 20 years with the company, she’s on a first-name, let’s-grab-a-coffee basis with many agents, so she understands their wants and needs, and how best to service them within budgets, time and resources. She is one of several team members who started in the company as a receptionist and worked her way up, learning about advertising, printing and design. In her words, “I think we are all meant to do something special in this world, whether it’s to be great or to guide someone to greatness, and you never know what that is until after it’s done.”
As a dedicated chef and baker, Rasha knows how important it is to pay attention to the details – it can make the difference between a delicious dessert or a sunken soufflé. It’s this same focus that makes Rasha an outstanding Project Manager. She manages marketing requests from the field into the design Studio and project manages all aspects of the requests to ensure the creative team stays on track, meets deadlines and provides great customer service. She’s fluent in Arabic and English, and graduated from the University of Michigan with a double major in marketing and communications.
Crystal lives and breathes organization. Which is a good thing since she’s responsible for trafficking projects throughout The Creative Studio. She takes the time to listen to what agents want and designers need to create marketing pieces that truly make an impact – and sales. And she’s quick and decisive; she married her husband a year to the day of their first date. The Michigan native lived in New York for 17 years before moving to Chicago. So, the question is: Chicago deep dish or New York-style pizza? Answer: New York every time.
Dependable. Organized. Detail-oriented. Kelly was born to serve as a project coordinator. Okay, that’s overly dramatic, but either way, she does her job incredibly well. Kelly and her colleagues are the engine that propels the endless array of Core 4-themed marketing projects that make their way through the company. Thanks to her management skills, agents are quickly and efficiently supplied with their thought-provoking promotional collateral, so they can – you guessed it – sell homes and promote their business. And Kelly’s involvement in real estate doesn’t stop there. She is admittedly obsessed with watching HGTV in her spare time and has been known to recreate the on-air decorations in her own home.
Though it may not seem like it, on any particular day you may catch Adam slam-dancing at a death metal concert or perfecting his moves at the skate park. Adam says his goal is to help real estate agents live exceptional lives with compelling marketing collateral. His attention to detail and can-do attitude set him apart, but around the office he’s best known for his dolphin imitation (seriously, ask him to do it). He maintains his Maine bonafides by playing in an ice-hockey league in Florida, and is as quick with the jokes as he is on the ice. One of his favorites? “You can tune a piano, but you can’t tuna fish.” (Har. Har. Har.)
Michelle is a versatile designer who is quick and efficient when coming up with effective designs for online and printed materials that maintain a strong national brand identity. A born problem solver, Michelle understands she will be faced with a variety of design challenges. She likes being able to come up with solutions that are visually interesting and engaging.
There’s a good chance you’ve seen Liz’s work. From striking property ads to attractive invitations, award announcements and holiday cards on social media, Liz helps define the unified appearance of the Coldwell Banker Realty brand with extraordinary marketing collateral pieces and graphic design elements for print and web. She makes The Studio’s clients look good! Her work is seen and shared by affiliated Coldwell Banker agents and clients worldwide. Liz is fluent in Spanish and loves to see the beautiful sights of the world in her travels.
“Live, love, lift.” This quote is one of many inspirations to Sarah-Jane, a Jr. art director for The Creative Studio. Based in Sarasota, FL, Sarah-Jane manages and creates many of the company’s eye-catching graphic designs. Her friends would describe her as loyal, honest and sassy, which to us sounds like the description of the ideal friend. When she’s not designing, you’ll most likely find her lifting weights or eating. She’s a competitive bodybuilder and loves food!
Danielle lives by the saying “what is meant to be, will be.” We certainly feel that her role as Jr. art director in our advertising department was meant to be. Her art degree only begins to explain her level of talent and dedication, which she uses to assist agents throughout the Southeast region with creating templates, inset ads for the Listing Concierge publications and the daily flow of listings in ads for multiple publications. Danielle happily admits there are a few things she loves as much as her job – bully dog breeds, murder mysteries and her collection of plants.
There is no need for anti-perspirant in Landon’s desk drawer, as he doesn’t sweat under pressure and is poised to meet tight deadlines with style. And if you are looking for career advice, look no further than Landon, who precociously selected a career in graphic design during his 7th grade career day. We are lucky he never wavered on that decision since his gifted creative mind helps agents and offices look top notch in publications like Hawaii Moves Real Estate Magazine. A lover of the dramatic (he is a fiery Leo!), Landon has a trademark flair that keeps agents standing out from the competition!
When you wish upon a star (and put your heart and soul into your work), amazing things happen. This mighty talented Jr. art director has an impressive resume that includes working as a production artist for Disney and an art director for Davis Elen advertising, whose clients include top brands such as McDonald’s, Pala Casino and OneWest Bank. Now, Chris can add another big name to his list. At The Studio, he is responsible for creating marketing and advertising materials for Coldwell Banker and its affiliated agents. Following Leonardo da Vinci’s famous words, “simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication,” Chris enjoys life’s simple pleasures: dancing, cooking and sharing a good laugh with his friends.
Our spitfire, New York-bred art director Andrew is just as right-brained as he is left-brained. You’ll never catch him frazzled while he balances multiple graphic design pieces for The Studio, but go ahead and try. You can witness Andrew’s game-changing designs on Coldwell Banker’s social media channels and blogs, in presentations and marketing campaigns, and much more. For an over-the-top, incredible design, leave a plate of salted caramel cookies on Andrew’s desk. We hear the way to win him over is through his sweet tooth.
Carrie likes to keep it simple. Reading and the beach make her happy, and if both of those things happen at the same time, even better. Her professional life is no different. She’s an incredible graphic designer – plain and simple. Carrie creates vivacious visuals that up the ante of agent marketing pieces, and she’s a hard worker, to boot. Carrie is also funny, loyal, honest… ok, you get the picture. She’s great!
If there’s something Jennifer wants to accomplish, she does it. Example: Her passion for adventure led her to accomplish a cycling trip across the state of Florida. Her next goal? Cycling across the nation, west to east! Thanks to that adventurous nature, Jennifer can be trusted to bring a bit of fun and edginess to her work designing collateral material for Coldwell Banker and its affiliated agents. A few other impressive accomplishments under Jennifer’s belt include designing the lettering and collaborating on the vehicle badging for the 2003 Cadillac Sixteen concept car and designing the vehicle badging for the 2004 Hummer H3T concept truck. If you asked her, though, she’d tell you her proudest accomplishment is being verified as a “cool mom.”
Michael’s friends would describe him as creative, detail-oriented, funny and a little weird. To us, those sound like some great qualifiers to be an art director with The Creative Studio. Based out of Sarasota, FL, Florida, Michael helps narrate marketing stories through eye-candy photos and fancy typesetting. When he’s not beautifying marketing content, Mike spends his spare time trying to learn the Scottish bagpipes, cycling and being a domesticated family guy.
While Ann Marie works mostly on agent projects, she dabbles in other areas as well, including office events. Her motto is if you want to see the view, you have to climb the mountain. Which she certainly does with a full life as mom to her three kids. She enjoys having fun with them at home, outings and attending many, many sporting events. She also loves experimenting with cooking – creating new recipes along the way!
A famous impressionist artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir once said, “a picture should be something pleasant, cheerful and pretty, yes pretty!” As an avid art enthusiast and Jr. art director for The Studio, Lily works on creating beautiful logos, promotional materials, ecards (and more!) with those same ideals in mind. Design is something she’s truly passionate about and taps into her skillsets outside of work as well, having previously illustrated a children’s book. Lily enjoys spending her time with family, going to the theater and is in the process of learning the art of ikebana (Japanese flower arrangements).
Ever wonder who comes up with the visual concept for The Studio’s marketing materials? Our Art Director David in Beverly Hills, for one. Making agents shine is his job, and he finds great pleasure in doing so. Every printed document, whether an event flyer, poster, ad, editorial spread, email campaign or social media content, needs to convey a message with a specific “look and feel” that makes the client stand out. Given his attention to detail and visual storytelling, it should come as no surprise that he also has an outside interest in photography and salsa dancing. As he notes, “Be sure to put your feet in the right place, then stand firm,” which applies to life and dancing!
Friends describe her as funny, friendly and hardworking, and here at The Studio we’d describe Carma as a treat! After hitting the books in Austria and Germany, “Dr. Stahnke” graduated with her Ph.D. in English and went on to teach at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Carma taught English and German for 14 years before dabbling in freelance copywriting. Ultimately, we’re thrilled that Carma put down her roots at The Studio, where she uses her creative talent and keen eye as part of the Design Concierge team. If you want a lesson in motivation from Carma herself, take heed to her favorite quote: “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
When the agents see their name in lights, on award plaques or hear it shouted from the rooftops, that’s all courtesy of Christine. She’s in charge of coordinating our national awards and recognition process for agents, and she’s in it for the long-haul. She’s already been with the company for 17 years! An organized team-player, Christine is dependable, hilarious and on a mission to visit all 1,055 designated historical sites in California with her husband and two kids. Ask her about the 700 sites she’s already seen!
There is an artist in our midst – Bethany is a musician, actor, TV show developer, yoga certified-bound instructor, sweet treats baker and pop culture aficionado. She applies her creative nature to making the most out of our marketing tools and business strategy. She helps agents increase their success by identifying and meeting their marketing needs while also recruiting and retaining team members. Witty, loyal to the core, a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts (earning the organization’s highest honor) and a canine rescue mom – we clearly see how her zest for life contributes to the success of so many.

A self-described old soul, Scott not only has a few impressive credentials behind him with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications, a graduate certificate in advertising copywriting and training in public speaking, he also has a lot of words up his sleeve. Some of the adjectives we like to use to describe Scott are humble, witty, down-to-earth and refined – with a tad of silly thrown in just for fun. He wields his arsenal of uniquely fashioned prose into clever wordsmithing creations for successful marketing assets. For now, we have one word for Scott – “Welcome!”
Influenced by many of the arts, Andrea’s design aesthetic is clean and modern. She brings her unique talent to the Creative Studio creating compelling marketing pieces. Andrea enjoys photography, yoga, experiencing foods from around the world and sharing conversations with others on a myriad of topics. Moved by visual design, she also embraces the written word, as noted in her favorite quote by a famous painter: “When I was a child, my mother said to me, ‘If you become a soldier, you’ll be a general. If you become a monk, you’ll end up as the Pope.’ Instead, I became a painter and wound up as Picasso.” (Pablo Picasso)
Kara is totally invested in being a great client advocate by applying determination, inspiration and organization to her list of everyday goals along with her daily mantra: “Throw kindness around like it’s confetti!” She prides herself on creating marketing materials that clients are proud of and will want to show off to help get their listings sold. A cum laude graduate of Sonoma State University, she’s also been to Disney U and worked her magic at the iconic Walt Disney World® in Florida. She loves a day of wine tasting in Napa and any Siberian husky she meets (but most of all her own). Friends that know her well would say she’s warm-hearted, sensible and hardworking – we think she’s all that and more.
The pursuit of beautiful art is the driving force behind Kelsey and her visually stunning designs. With a formal education in fine art and graphic design, she successfully partners with internal designers, creative producers and product managers by using her well-honed talents to create winning artwork. Striking a balance all at once between visual design, branding and user experience makes Kelsey – in her own estimation – a unicorn. How utterly delightful to have such a unique and wonderful addition to the team!
Chelsea applies her background in art and technology to helping agents grow and succeed using Listing Concierge. Always ready to go the extra mile for clients, she makes sure they receive top-notch marketing campaigns. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Chelsea brings her A game to the workplace and to after-hours interests. Before retiring her skates, Chelsea was known as the Feisty Fowl at the roller derby – plucky! And she loves mixing it up in the kitchen as well, hoping to write her own cookbook one day. We think she sounds wonderfully versatile, helpful and ready to inspire at any given moment.
Shana will do whatever it takes to give her clients wonderful marketing materials. As a Listing Concierge coordinator and a Rugged Maniac competitor, she’s great at overcoming obstacles, staying the course and scaling large projects in a single bound. At the end of each finish line, she can’t wait to see her clients’ smiling faces for a job well done. Open-minded, easygoing and always there for others, Shana likes to keep active, search out good food and can’t live without her cup of Joe. Her motto is learn from yesterday, live for today and hope for tomorrow. Another winning strategy!
Not many people can proudly claim that they’ve celebrated a silver anniversary with the company they work for, but Dana certainly can! Now, Dana brings her expertise to the table as the operations specialist and executive assistant in Madison, NJ. A cat lover with a soft spot for all living things, Janice volunteers at a local animal shelter and drives all the way from Illinois to a rural Utah animal sanctuary to lend a helping hand – amazing! Educated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree, the school of rock and roll is not lost on her either, as she has seen Bruce Springsteen in concert more than 50 times. Clearly, devotion is also on the list of Janice’s fine qualities.

He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. She’s a painter, crafter, fixer-upper, skier, licensed real estate agent and she speaks Italian (but according to her, only after some red wine and only in Italy – when in Rome, Chelsea). Wherever you are, whatever you’re up to, we think you’re magnifica!

Caitlin has what it takes to provide excellent agent marketing support: a self-defined “people person,” perky and patient, with a B.A. in public relations and an M.A. in mass communication from Texas Tech University. Her business acumen aside, she has a couple of unusual interests outside of work including her three pet ferrets Pretzel, Cheddar and Fry (it sounds like Caitlin finds them deliciously irresistible) and her obsession with all things Harry Potter. More than qualified for the job and just a little quirky, Caitlin has us utterly bewitched!

Although she now resides on a different coast, Pooja is still an unapologetic fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Washington Capitals. Speaking of fans, that’s us talking about her. Pooja takes the ball (or the puck) and knows how to run with it, managing the design process from the start of a project to finish, making deadlines and making sure the teams have everything they need to succeed. She’s positive, organized, supportive, personable and a dancing machine. We’re not quite sure how that last skill set fits in, but certain one day it will.
Maintaining a smooth flow of marketing pieces from the field to our copywriters and designers is both challenging and rewarding. That’s the modus operandi of a marketing coordinator extraordinaire. And it just so happens, that’s exactly how Sally describes herself.

Driven by seeing the enjoyment of attendees at events she’s planned is motivation enough for Christina. As an event specialist responsible for planning various events in Florida, she credits her attention to detail and love of what she does for making events simply “fabulous.” When she’s not planning, she’s serving… on the tennis court. Her other passion.
A degree in international business with a focus on the Korean language and marketing, along with a year of studying abroad, has prepared Christine well for her role as marketing coordinator. Her experience has taught her to be patient, personable and make sure that she is relatable to agents, so she can provide them with the best service and experience. Christine’s motto is to always treat others the way you want to be treated. That works in any part of the world.
As a Listing Concierge coordinator, Dylan creates “marketing magic.” Presto, change-o and poof, another happy agent with a sold sign going up. Dylan is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, funny and committed to providing excellent customer service to agents. Off the clock, Dylan is a professional photographer. Around the office, Dylan describes himself as a human garbage disposal because he’ll eat almost anything given to him. Poof. It’s gone.
Agents have a lot of powerful marketing tools at their disposal. Good thing they have a powerful Listing Concierge coordinator behind them in Melissa. She brings a strong work ethic and stronger desire to provide great customer service in helping them find what works best for their listing – brochures, postcards, website, tv and YouTube. Bringing skills and experience from her career path through the publishing, marketing and nonprofit realms, Vanessa joined The Studio as a copywriter in December 2017. (FYI: That’s different from “copyrighter” – a few of her neighbors were under the impression that she’s involved in intellectual property law.) The truth is, no matter what job she tackles, she approaches it with passion, dedication and creativity. As charming as her native “Charm City” and as sunny as her new home state of Florida, Vanessa adds a little bit of sparkle to everything she does.
If it involves the written word, Andrew is your guy! Matter of fact, if it involves the spoken word, Andrew is also your guy – he’s got plenty of stories to tell and would happily share why his favorite inventions are the cruise control and the computer mouse. As a copywriter, he helps write and edit the marketing materials The Studio produces. Not only has writing been his profession for nearly 40 years, but he’s had the chance to work overseas with writers in Chile and Ukraine. After many travels and collected anecdotes, Andrew now prefers to enjoy the simpler delights in life: A relaxing weekend cocktail and living to be 100, as long as the New York Yankees are still playing, of course.
Alice is the friend you can call at 1 am with your burning grammar questions…but no guarantees she won’t laugh when you incorrectly use the word ‘whom.’ She’s a star copywriter and is responsible for communicating the awesome tools that come from the marketing Studio. We are lucky Alice’s career has been dedicated to writing and editing, since her work is what helps agents understand all that they have available to them. When she’s not busy crafting copy, you can find her on the tennis courts, swinging a racket at the errant sentence fragment.

Sounds like the perfect job for Jennifer. Jennifer credits her drive, confidence, creativeness sprinkled with a high emotional quotient, and good sense of humor as key to tackling any challenges that come her way as FMM. To Jennifer, art is everything. This art history major still finds ways to weave it into her life every day. Way cool fact: President Obama and wife Michelle crashed her birthday dinner in DC in 2018, so we know she has presidential approval.
Diana knows several web languages — HTML, CSS, PHP, Elvish, Dothraki. Ok, maybe not the last two. But this social media guru is a valuable asset for Coldwell Banker’s Pittsburgh regional offices, assisting them with their social efforts along with company-wide communication projects and events. Diana and her husband boast a collection of more than 200 board games! They must have one big game closet.
“I must be in the front row!” Having the privilege to work on the legendary Miller Lite Tastes Great/Less Filling campaign early in his career, Bob penned copy for this television commercial featuring Bob Uecker that now resides in the Broadcast Hall of Fame. Years later, his passion for crafting memorable and impactful copy hasn’t waned. From Madison Avenue to New Jersey (his home state) and now to Florida, Bob is excited to bring his creative flair and collaborate with the many talented folks at The Studio. While his spare time revolves around anything related to sports, the one-day screenplay dream is still out there.
To become a copywriter, you’ve got to start somewhere, and we’re happy to be that somewhere for Kristina! A recent grad from the University of North Florida with a degree in journalism, her copyediting and feature writing experience are a welcomed addition to The Studio and will definitely come in handy as she helps us launch the Clients For Life sphere marketing program nationwide. Kristina enjoys reading and loves taking on challenges both professionally and at play (watch out video gamers) — as long as they don’t involve breaking a sweat.
Liz understands perfectly well that real estate is a seven-day a week job, which is why she makes herself available to agents, well, seven days a week. Starting off in real estate in her early 20s by assisting her mother, Liz works with the executive leadership team on regional projects and strategic marketing plans for agents across the Mid-Atlantic region. Her tireless work ethic has led to ways to improve agent recruitment and retention by producing a video testimonial campaign, updating the company’s presence at trade shows, and creating awareness of company tools through events like NRT Referral Rewards. Liz also serves as the local liaison for the Global Luxury program, producing Elite Sales events, and overseeing print advertising. In her spare time — wait, there is no spare time.
Joanne likes to pay it forward. She often starts the random acts of caffeinated kindness in a Starbucks drive-thru on her way to the office. This marketing enthusiast brings that ‘doing for others’ spirit with a sense of humor and fun in her work onboarding and handling marketing conversions for experienced agents and teams affiliating with the company. Joanne has a passion for providing stellar customer service and support to the branch field offices, as well. Her list of accomplishments also includes receiving the Distinguished Service Award from our senior leadership in 2018 and completing a Marketing Certificate Program, finishing with a 3.98 GPA – to which we add “wow!”
While helping agents learn how to use and implement company tools along with building their social media and website presence, Jaclyn notes she often has to think quickly on her feet. That makes total sense. As a collegiate and continuing league volleyball player, she’s had to think quickly on her feet for years — imagine a spiked volleyball coming directly at you! In her spare time, she recharges by traveling and hiking, at a somewhat slower pace.
Elizabeth loves to help other people. And agents in Cincinnati and Columbus are thrilled that she does. Among the responsibilities for this University of Kentucky grad is helping them by completing their property marketing requests and, more recently, coordinating and managing all events for Cincinnati agents. Focused on self-improvement, Elizabeth is working toward her MBA and loves hot yoga. When she’s not focused on self-improvement, it will most likely involve Mexican food.
Nick describes himself as adventurous. Traveling far and wide to capture photos that would one day appear in local exhibitions and teaching computer and office skills to residents of a small community in Tanzania, attests to that. What’s his latest adventure? Working with The Strategy Studio and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® teams to bring a superior experience to agents to help them achieve their goals. Applying his worldly knowledge to this — piece of cake.
Shaan does it all. Maybe that’s why he’s self-described as the “Mutt of Marketing.” He coordinates all the PR/media for SoCal and Arizona, coordinates all the View Magazine covers and editorials for the market, even does some social media — the list goes on. And he’s just as active in his personal life as a kickboxer, roller skater, beach football player — 2 championships and 2 sportsmanship awards to date — add to that a Masters degree. To the Mutt of Marketing, all we can say is “Woof, Woof.”
Agents love leads. So naturally, agents love Stephen. In his role, Stephen provides dedicated marketing support for Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Services, which drives leads and referrals to agents —obviously instrumental in helping them maintain and grow their business. Speaking of instrumental, Stephen plays the drums. Speaking of love, that would come from his pet tortoise named Koopa.
Cats and Pats. Two of Terri’s passions. As a volunteer at Feline Friends of SW Florida, she loves “all things feline.” And she’s been a devoted fan of the New England Patriots even before they were good – we’re not sure when that actually was. Terri professes an equal love of Excel, which is a perfect passion to have in her role supporting the Florida Marketing Director, the Florida Field Marketing Managers and offices around the state.
There’s a song written a few years ago called “Sarah Smile.” With her off-the-charts optimism, it was probably meant for our Sarah. A committed problem solver, she works with the field marketing team to ensure that are geared for success and have the tools they need to support agents, helping them in their pursuit of living an exceptional life. And with her sense of dedication, we just know it’s done with a big smile. How’s this for an interesting fact about her? She knows every word to Hamilton.
In 2016 Tracie won the Marketing Director of the Year award from the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio. Needless to say, agents in central Ohio and Greater Cincinnati are fully confident that their marketing materials will be professional, strategic, authentic and compliant. Tracie is determined to support the “Culture of Awesomeness” and follows through by planning and executing social media-worthy events along with maintaining the communications calendar to keep all abreast of national initiatives, local news and events. Sounds like a lot of Awesomeness to us.
Danielle describes herself as unflappable and fervent. Sounds like she has a future as a writer. But right now, she’s applying these and other adjectives like passionate, versatile and outgoing to providing agents and branch managers in the field with expert marketing guidance, helping them execute their marketing strategies and build their businesses. In her spare time, she’s a goofy-footing snow boarder — another adjective we had to look up.
Behind every great agent is a great marketing coordinator – someone who is detailed and disciplined enough to make sure that local agents have the marketing materials needed for their listing. That’s why they love working with Chandler. This graduate from the University of Cincinnati loves his music and eating at Skyline Chili at least once a week. We’ve never been, but with his attention to detail, it’s now on the list.
Lauren never, ever, EVER lets her kids win at sports. And she uses that same energy, drive and focus – along with a healthy dose of fun and compassion – to help real estate agents and staff learn about cutting-edge tools they can use to build success. Lauren’s wide-ranging business and marketing expertise is no accident: she owned her own marketing agency for over a decade. When she’s not helping The Studio or beating her kids at sports, you can probably find Lauren with a paintbrush in her hand. She loves to draw and is currently working on a children’s book.
Even though he’s an accomplished multitasker capable of working across six states at once, Todd is surprisingly laid-back. And that’s a great trait to have when your job is guiding the marketing direction of Coldwell Banker NRT’s entire Northeast region. After more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Todd knows what it takes to effectively promote properties, recognize agents and position the company as a market leader. His ability to run rings around the competition isn’t limited to the workplace, though. He’ll zoom right past you on the weekends, too, as he’s also an avid runner and skier.
Camy wears many hats in her role as field marketing director for Northern California, Hawaii and Utah: people manager, business consultant, problem solver, marketing strategist, fun committee board member, success coach, budget keeper, Global Luxury guru, confidante, therapist and more. It keeps her on her toes, but her 15 years of classical dance training (along with her MA, MS and MBA degrees) have more than prepared her for the challenge. This musical theater actor/singer and former beauty pageant winner also has a winning personality – she’s enthusiastic, compassionate and fun.
A photojournalism student in college who has been published in multiple local and international news outlets, Ashley now concentrates on delivering picture-perfect marketing solutions to the agents and offices of Coldwell Banker NRT’s Ohio company. She calls herself “goofy,” but there’s nothing silly about the way she does her job. Whether it’s helping agents understand our company tools or helping staff navigate a sticky situation, Ashley is passionate about building relationships and helping others. She’s also passionate about some pasta cooked in a wheel of cheese she had in Aruba once, and is on a mission to recreate it. We’ll gladly help her eat it when she does!
Like a certain battery-powered bunny, Genifer just keeps going and going and going. Which is great for the Coldwell Banker NRT agents she supports, as her boundless energy and passion for her job keep her tirelessly focused on helping agents be more productive and efficient. When she’s not in the office, she puts her go-getter attitude to work on the ice, playing hockey and coaching her son’s team. Her dream is to travel the world, and we bet she’ll achieve it – Genifer lives by Wayne Gretsky’s famous words “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
Give Dana a task, whether it’s editing a new video or training for a marathon, and he’ll get it done with skill, efficiency and creativity. This dedicated team player started with the company as an intern over 13 years ago and has worked his way up to video production manager in our Waltham, Massachusetts location. When he’s not producing amazing company videos, you can find Dana kickin’ it on the soccer field or searching for a good cup of coffee.
Will work for chocolate! Although she may work out of the Sunshine State, The Studio’s advertising manager for the Southeast region is not always one to spread the sunshine. And that’s A-OK. Julie is easygoing, dedicated, hard-working and genuinely cares about the work she does supporting the client’s marketing needs and affiliated agents. While we hear she is out looking for a new hobby, we do know that Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Ohio State University – can we get an O-H, I-O!? – and has held her Florida real estate license since 2004.
In addition to being a super-mom, Jennifer is a super ad manager, fearlessly handling the advertising for Coldwell Banker NRT’s Central region and the advertising spend for the whole country. She’s a true Gen Bluer, having worked with the company from a real estate agent to a luxury markets manager. Interestingly she had her series 7 and series 66 licenses prior to real estate but that’s a whole other story! If you’re sweet to Jennifer, she just might be sweet to: She does love to bake.
When offices and agents throughout the Southeast have questions about the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program, they call Cara. She makes sure the regional program runs smoothly, supports the national program and publishes five regional Homes & Estates magazines annually. She has honed her strategic capabilities with 30+ years of marketing experience, priding herself on her ability to think like her customers and an astute attention to detail where she assumes nothing and checks everything twice. To blow off steam, Cara still twirls her baton – something she started when she was three years old – or takes long power walks.
Could it be Arlen’s tireless dedication to his craft, which he has been honing since launching his first app back in college? Or his empathetic nature that enables him to so aptly anticipate and dig into agents’ pain points and work towards meaningful solutions? Maybe it’s Arlen’s flexibility to work cross-functionally, to ask the right questions and launch the right products at the right time that make him so effective at his job. It’s probably NOT his champion pasta-eating ability (just don’t get between him and a plate of bucatini is all we’re saying). Whatever it is, we’re glad he’s got it!
If “strategy” isn’t Melani’s middle name, it should be. She defines the why, when and what of the product and makes sure it is in alignment with the company strategy and roadmap. An enthusiastic collaborator, she works with cross-functional teams from a product’s conception through launch – and beyond. She loves to get down to the nitty-gritty to figure out what the problem is and then be able to work with an amazing team to solve it.
What does it take to lead the nation’s largest real estate marketing agency? A wealth of industry experience, a creative mind, the ability to nimbly pivot with change and an inspiring spirit. Mike checks all those boxes, then adds more: A sense of humor, the most talented team in the industry and an intense desire to listen to the client. Mike has been a long admirer and promoter of good brands. After 20 years in the car industry, working for Nissan North America, he joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC in 2008 where he guided a string of innovations as the CMO before he was promoted to COO. Jersey raised, NYC, LA and Nashville cultured, Mike is also a father of three daughters and husband to a saint.
“Go, fight, win” is the perfect catchphrase for Kat. She’s always on the go, managing a busy team of graphic designers from The Studio’s Sarasota, FL office and overseeing the design and production of Coldwell Banker NRT Core 4 Values marketing materials. She fights every day to work more efficiently and produce more creative and impactful designs. And she wins again and again, racking up multiple Silver and Gold Addy awards over the years for her amazing work. Outside of the office, Kat likes to collect driftwood and secretly hopes to someday be part of a home improvement show.
As national vice president of product marketing, Kacie is catapulting real estate into the future one software application at a time. Fueled daily by Chipotle burrito bowls, the 20-year-company veteran uses forward-thinking to implement innovative products that help take agent businesses to the next level. Kacie has a larger-than-life personality filled with passion and determination, and when it comes to her career goals, she prefers to swing for the stands. Like her tech idol Steve Jobs, she’s looking to “put a dent in the universe.” When Kacie isn’t making a difference in real estate, she and her husband, Scott, spend their weekends proudly cheering on their two daughters, Sofia and Ava, in cheerleading and soccer.
Real estate has always been part of Chris’s life: his mom was a broker, and Chris grew up watching her place “Sold” riders on yard signs throughout Texas. It’s no surprise, then, that Chris is part of the marketing team promoting the very industry he grew up admiring. As national vice president of field marketing strategies, Chris leads a team that supports 45,000 independent agents – so they, too, can put “Sold” riders on yard signs throughout their regions. Like the Dodge Charger he enjoys racing on weekends, Chris is a powerful presence, but smoothly navigates through obstacles and challenges with more than 20 years of knowledge and experience. Chris lives in Long Valley, NJ with his four-legged companion, Beacon.
Beware! If you have a cute dog, chances are that Terrisa will stop you and ask to pet it. As a project manager for The Strategy Studio, Terrisa manages a team dedicated to launching new programs nationwide that help affiliated sales associates live exceptional lives, and help brokerages recruit more exceptional agents. Terrisa (or Triscuit, as she’s known around the Sarasota, FL office) has lived in five states and earned her bachelor’s degree while working full-time. Next up for this goal-oriented go-getter? Her MBA.
Help agents live exceptional lives! To Gina, the most important part of the business is supporting the agents by offering comprehensive marketing programs and tools, through publicity and advertising, as well as networking events designed to attract new clients, maintain customer relationships and sell more homes. As busy as she is at work, Gina makes the time to go to country music festivals, dance (especially line dance), play tennis, ski and travel.
Entrepreneurial Randy started his own real estate marketing company when he was only 19 and successfully ran it for 17 years. It’s this vast experience that comes in handy as he describes his job as a smörgåsbord of things; strategic marketing, creative, trainer, finance, leader, expert Waze user for all the time he spends on the freeway. His ability to use the left and right side of his brain, as well as his keen sense of humor keeps agents and the people on the team working smoothly. Randy also co-produced nine dance songs, that are remixes of horror/thriller movies. Listen to them on “DiscoPhantom” available on iTunes!
A passion for serving our agents and her team is what drives Wendie. “If agents are successful, then I’m successful!” It’s a good thing she likes having a lot of different things to work on since there’s no such thing as a typical day when you’re a field marketing manager. She provides agent marketing support which includes everything from direct agent marketing planning to helping train agents on company tools. She manages a marketing team that assists agents with personal branding, listing marketing support, office support, onboarding — and more. Additionally, she leads regional brand marketing activities. Fun fact about Wendie: she worked for a carnival in high school.
As the field marketing director for Coldwell Banker NRT in Chicago and the mother of triplets – yes, TRIPLETS – Aimee has her hands full in every possible way. She manages the region’s marketing portfolios and works with an awesome team of field specialists who continually strive to satisfy the marketing needs of affiliated agents. Patient, strong-willed and fair, Aimee wears her heart on her sleeve and is the type of person who thinks about what she wants for dinner before getting out of bed in the morning – probably because it’s the only chance she has the time.
Creativity thrives in supportive environments, which makes Jan the ideal person to lead The Creative Studio. Warm and outgoing, she’s the quintessential social butterfly – and the team’s biggest cheerleader. As national vice president of creative marketing, she oversees graphic design, copywriting, advertising, video production and project management, providing the challenges and encouragement that result in killer work. Jan started out in journalism, where she had the chance to interview fascinating figures like Jesse Jackson, President Gerald Ford and – her favorite – the legendary Johnny Cash. Outside the office, Jan is usually out on the town with her husband Jon, soaking up Sarasota’s amazing art, architecture and culture.
Deb sits at the helm of the mighty marketing team for Coldwell Banker NRT in Florida. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, she has done it all, including selling a home to singer/songwriter Jose Feliciano. (For those of you who don’t know the name, he’s the “Feliz Navidad” guy.) Deb manages a crackerjack team of six and truly cares about outcomes, always trying to find solutions for every challenge. Though a “northern” gal at heart, Deb is obsessed with all things country – the music, the dancing, the cowboy boots and, of course, the cowboys! She also has a passion for interior decorating and home design.
As someone who is proficient in marketing strategy, Joyce loves helping others find their brand direction and voice, which is the perfect fit for her job – much like solving a 1000-piece puzzle. When she’s out in the field meeting with new and experienced agents, she takes the time to process their input and provide direction for the next steps they can take to marketing success. She’s a self-declared “left-brain/right-brain marketer” who is equally comfortable navigating an Excel spreadsheet as she is overseeing the creative process to help agents build their book of business. In her spare time, she loves to try new recipes from one of her many cookbooks or volunteering as a career coach (we told you she loves to help others).
Kim is so excited about real estate and the world of marketing that she’s literally jumping out of planes. Ok, those two are probably unrelated, but she does love to skydive. When she’s not thrill-seeking or cheering on the Terrapins, she’s busy mixing design, technology and a bit of finance to guide the agents in their quest for expert marketing strategies. This loud and proud Brooklyn native always has trendy tunes filling her office. She’s a published artist, former marketing startup owner, a skilled photographer and is one of the few people smart enough to not only figure out what Crypto is, but actually invest in it.
With strong marketing skills and extensive real estate knowledge, Jackie is a natural in her position as field marketing manager for Coldwell Banker in Danbury, Connecticut. Now, she would tell you that her role in helping agents and managers communicate the value of Coldwell Banker is easy because of the company’s greatness. We think her outgoing and loving personality may also have something to do with her ability to provide the highest level of marketing support to agents and senior staff.
Apart from being the proud personal butler, chauffeur and executive assistant to her two children, Marley is the go-to gal for all things Coldwell Banker in Austin, Texas. She works closely with affiliated agents and leadership to implement marketing strategies, educate the field on company tools and resources and execute promotional events. And who better to understand and serve the needs of agents than Marley, who has nearly 12 years of real estate sales experience and was a Platinum Top 50 Agent in Austin? Not one to mess with, she’s a Third-Degree Black Belt in American Karate; luckily, she never sees a problem, only a solution to be found!
Before he was successfully supporting the local Coldwell Banker NRT president and branch office managers in recruiting and retaining the best agents and helping those agents grow their business, John was living it up and loving the perks of being a sportswriter in Pittsburgh. John continues to enjoy life’s simple perks, whether it’s a relaxing walk with his dog or jamming out to his 1,000-vinyl record collection on his turntable. Other than music and hockey there’s only one thing John loves more – his family, which he thanks first and foremost for all his success.
Mo is proud of work with The Studio and really cares about her colleagues, clients and the work she does. She understands all things advertising, whether print or online, and coordinates with offices and publications to get the awesome agents and their fabulous listings out there for all to see. This sometime-artist prefers to showcase original art on her walls, whether it’s her own or a piece given to her by friends. While Mo occasionally waits an extra week to water her plants to “toughen them up,” she assures us she has never done that with her nieces, whom she loves immensely.
Over more than 13 years in marketing with Coldwell Banker NRT, Katie has learned all the challenges agents face in promoting themselves and their listings and has strategized ways to help them succeed. “Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes and having fun!” said Katie. She oversees the company’s national ad campaigns as well as Listing Concierge advertising, and is admittedly super, super competitive. “I think I may have a problem allowing my children to freely complete their own school projects. I mean, I’m aware, but I just can’t stop helping.” Her kids’ teachers may not love it, but that helpful, problem-solving nature is a major asset for agents!
Our national creative director needs no introduction. His art work has been on display at museums and galleries around the world. He’s published four books. And he oversees the creative direction at The Studio. His name? Sloan. William Sloan. For someone who loves the creative world just as much as he loves people, Bill’s role in The Studio is a natural fit. You can catch him while he’s eagerly keeping agents ahead of the competition with eye-catching campaigns, or after-hours, read the musings on his namesake blog for a peek at his current creative inspiration.
Though her bubbly personality might not make it immediately clear, our Jenny is an old soul. Like, “celebrity crush on Dick Van Dyke” old.
Maybe that’s why she has the drive, dedication and incredible attention to detail that enable her to pull off seemingly impossible feats like flawlessly implementing Workfront, our project management system, nationwide. Today, she heads up The Studio’s project management and traffic team, putting her military high school education and MBA to good use as she keeps everything moving through on time, on budget and on plan. Her love of bad jokes keeps her laughing even when we have 563 jobs in the system at once, but if you REALLY want to see her smile, ask her about her dog, Pippa.
Say “kon’nichiwa” to Lisa and you’re likely to get more than a short response. That’s because she spent seven years in Japan, first as a student and then working as an art director for an English language magazine and later a graphics editor for a newspaper. These days, she works with The Studio’s other creative service managers to oversee a team of talented graphic designers. Given that she also worked in Thailand along the border of Myanmar, it should come as no surprise that she enjoys learning new things, trying new foods, traveling to new places and meeting new people. And, since she’s earned a black belt in karate, she’s certainly capable of taking care of herself in a sticky situation no matter where her travels take her!
You name it, Jennifer has seen it in her 25 years of communications, marketing, public relations and social media experience. As national director of communications, Jennifer leads the way in internal communications, video production and copywriting for The Studio. Outgoing, loyal and hard-working by nature, she consistently pushes her team to make their work better and more impactful. While she has worked with all sorts of celebs, from Donald Trump (back when he was just a reality star) to Jane Seymour and Liza Minelli, Jennifer now focuses on showcasing The Studio’s clients in neon lights. This Kentuckian bleeds blue for University of Kentucky basketball and still lets “y’all” slip more than she’d like in her now home state of Florida.
Melissa wears several stylish hats at The Studio. She has helped to create and develop all the marketing and advertising templates used with the powerful Listing Concierge platform. When not busy with that, her duties include helping The Creative Studio to design marketing plans and strategies that boost agent earning potential. Melissa’s creativity does not stop when she leaves the building, either. On weekends she is a jeweler and metalsmith and loves to paint abstracts!
If you know what AAF stands for (American Advertising Federation), then you know that getting an ADDY or AMY Award is a big deal – well, imagine if your work has racked up multiple Gold and Silver ADDYs and AMY awards over the past few years? That’s exactly the level of professional accomplishment The Studio’s own brand development manager, John Greske has achieved. In addition to his many accolades, he brings 25 years of experience, a fine arts background and a true passion for branding to his role. If you get the opportunity to work with John, just be sure to brush up on obscure movie trivia and quotes first or he’s liable to throw “Eskimo” at you as a test.
What do you get when you combine an amateur genealogist with an owner of three cats? That’s right: You get the national director of listing syndication and MLS management for Coldwell Banker. In other words, Todd is committed to helping agents garner the widest possible exposure for their listings – across a myriad of dynamic partner sites. Todd is also the gatekeeper of all-things MLS, where he is ready and willing to trouble shoot property issues at a moment’s notice, or better yet, prevent them before they ever happen.
Perhaps what makes Ken best at his job as the national director of product support is his ability to remain even-keeled and joyfully optimistic. Or maybe it’s his ability to relax while nourishing his soul as he whips up a batch of the “soup du jour.” (Join him on Pinterest for the latest soup challenge.) While he’s in the kitchen, he’s bound to be surrounded by his furry family as he cooks, which includes a rescue pit bull named Ellie Mae and a chocolate lab named Kharma Jean. And, whatever you do, make sure to let him out of the Sarasota, FL parking lot first, or you may see him in your rearview mirror since he proclaims that he drives fast and tailgates!
Kerry’s focus is to develop, launch and manage systems and programs that help real estate agents build their real estate business and assist all NRT operating companies in recruiting and retaining top agents. She specializes in developing and managing products and relationships with partners such Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, Trulia, Market Leader, Tiger Pistol, Adwerx and the national Coldwell Banker brand. Her deep institutional knowledge and understanding of NRT and the real estate business lends itself well to product management.
There’s something to be said about the person with the greenest lawn on the block. They hold themselves to a higher standard – and Kim is no exception. When she’s not tending to her yard, the avid gardener is helping agents grow their businesses through fresh and creative marketing. As the director of Listing Concierge, Kim and her team make sure that agents have the best possible marketing for their listings. And while she may not be able to refuse a cinnamon roll…a donut… pizza… okay, fine… a taco, too, she refuses to call a glass half empty. Kim prides herself in being able to find the positive in the negative. In fact, the mother of three believes that “you’re never fully dressed without a smile.”
When this concert-aficionado (she’s seen over 350 artists live) isn’t breaking it down at a show, she’s breaking down the design of our products, including Desk and Prospect Square. The reasonable side of Gina likes to use research to simplify the complex, while the adventurous side encouraged her to win an Instagram contest by rappelling off the roof of a 46-story skyscraper in downtown San Francisco. Perhaps this blend is what makes Gina successful in leading her team to make our products functional and visually appealing! She’s up for any challenge, whether it be creating wireframes and prototypes, being interviewed by Inman or even snorkeling at Silfra in Iceland to touch two continental plates at once.
How many people can say they had penguins attend their wedding reception? Katie can – her wedding was held at an aquarium! In her role as product manager, Katie makes sure the tools The Studio designs, develops and implements for agents are exactly what they need to succeed in real estate. She lends an ear, finding out what agents struggle with, what frustrates them and what things delight them to better inform product decisions. Katie might be a bit on the quiet side, but she is very loyal, direct and also crafty. She knits and sews, primarily for babies and pets. She is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Project Management Professional.
Heidi oversees a product portfolio of in-house and third-party marketing products, all designed to delight agents and customers. She serves as the product manager for Listing Concierge, and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and feature definition of the platform. No two days in the life of a PM is ever the same. Her typical day starts with a 20-minute daily stand-up, where she gets status updates from the IT development team and creates a list of the priorities the development team needs to focus on. She always has time to listen to feedback from agents and find new ways to solve problems. Pizza-loving Heidi holds a California real estate license and a product management certification.
With a flair for fun and the ability to negotiate compromise, Sarah leads a team of field marketing managers in St. Louis, Minnesota and Ohio, while delivering outstanding marketing education, events and communications to Coldwell Banker NRT affiliated sales associates, staff and leadership throughout the Midwest. She prides herself on perfecting the art of spinning plates, something that comes in handy both in her professional life and at home. A former runner and sometimes baker, Sarah spends much of her free time getting her steps in chasing around her daughter, Emma.
John is passionate about everything he does – including the unwavering decision to eat chips and salsa for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you’ll be delighted to hear that John’s passion transcends his meal choices. As a field marketing manager in Utah, John is wholeheartedly committed to helping local agents live exceptional lives through unparalleled marketing support. John’s expertise and big ideas have also contributed to Coldwell Banker NRT’s national Core 4 Values initiative. When she’s not practicing her backswing or resting her vocal cords for a night of karaoke, this field marketing director is all about implementing marketing strategies for Coldwell Banker NRT’s affiliated agents, senior leadership and field marketing managers. Based out of Atlanta, Leslie oversees the Carolinas, Mid-Atlantic, Philly and central PA. This always-on-the-go gal finds Zen in playing the piano and enjoys volunteering on mission trips.
Not all superheroes wear capes. For many years, Andre had to adhere to a “a double life” of working as a real estate broker by day, and a record-toting DJ by night – saving people from the threat of bad music. Now, this field marketing manager in the east central region of Florida gets to concentrate on working with Coldwell Banker NRT branch managers and affiliated agents to further their engagement with the company’s Core 4 Values and agent value proposition. He also gets to work on local and national marketing plans that are hugely beneficial to an agent’s business. Cool, calm and collected, Andre finds peace in giving back and is an executive board member for a well-respected local philanthropic organization.
Dustin is as passionate about helping agents reach their full potential as he is about cheering on his kids from the sidelines at their baseball games, because Dustin loves to see others succeed. What else can be said about Dustin? He’s never a quitter! In fact, he’s halfway through his goal of visiting all 30 MLB baseball stadiums. These qualities make Dustin a spectacular field marketing manager. Always happy to lend a hand, he makes sure that every Coldwell Banker NRT affiliated agent in Sacramento can maximize the resources available to help them succeed. Fun, loyal and charismatic, Dustin is the kind of guy people love to be around, especially when he puts his sublime BBQ skills to practice.
As a field marketing manager in Northern California, John handles a variety of tasks and responsibilities. He does likewise in his personal life, where he enjoys being a musician, a chef and a mountain biker –
he may just be one of the coolest people you could meet. It’s John’s wealth of creativity that drives the passion for his hobbies – and that same creativity spills into his work. In addition to helping interview and train all marketing coordinators in Northern California, John uses Coldwell Banker NRT’s Core 4 Values initiatives to help the company’s affiliated agents reach their full potential in new and exciting ways.
The youngest of six kids, Brandi is used to always being on the move, which serves her well as the field marketing manager for Coldwell Banker NRT in the Carolinas. Her dazzling personality charms everyone she meets, but it’s her determination to fix any problem and help agents that makes her so talented at real estate marketing (a solid 19 years of experience in the field doesn’t hurt). As a licensed real estate agent in North and South Carolina, Brandi knows how to identify the marketing opportunities that help agents in the region successfully promote their achievements and property listings. Brandi is truly one of a kind. I mean, have you ever met anyone else with three functioning, full-sized kidneys? …Exactly.
When you meet Todd, it’s impossible not to feel the energy, enthusiasm and gratitude he has for life and the work that he does as The Studio’s regional marketing manager for Colorado. This early-riser and outdoor enthusiast uses his talent and passion each day as he develops, tests and implements amazing tools, systems and programs designed to support real estate agents and their businesses. Whether Todd is outdoors enjoying the sun, fresh air and blue skies with his wife, Michelle, and two teenage boys or hashing out business ideas with his incredible leadership team, his dedication and passion is contagious
Brenda strives to live an exceptional life and is passionate about helping agents do the same. An energetic fireball, she has been with the company for more than two decades. Brenda hosts educational classes on how to use Coldwell Banker NRT’s powerful tools, organizes events that provide networking opportunities, and meets one-on-one with agents to help them elevate their business to the next level. She is Smart Home Certified and a member of the NRT National Diversity and Inclusion Team. Outside the office, she and her husband designed and are building their own house. Brenda writes poetry and keeps journals for their two girls so they can always treasure those memories of growing up.
Connie is just as clever as she is fun. A cheerleader motivating the agents in Florida’s panhandle, Connie provides support to rising stars by coaching them on how to use Coldwell Banker NRT’s marketing tools to fuel their production and domination of the market. Connie once dreamed of a career scouting locations for film projects, which she’s translated into scouting the best and brightest agents. She might be a well-educated, award-winning marketing pro, but when she is not cheering on the agents, she likes to wind down with a simpler life in the country tending to her goats and braking for squirrels.
As the field marketing manager for our Greater Los Angeles region, Rachael helps Coldwell Banker NRT agents, branch managers and marketing coordinators live exceptional lives through the company’s Core 4 values. From developing local and creative marketing campaigns to offering educational opportunities around Coldwell Banker’s marketing product suite, Rachael is a rock-star brand ambassador for all things Coldwell Banker. Interestingly, she hails from a Midwest family of rock, mineral and lapidary suppliers. We think she’s a gem!
Jeff is learning Russian, publishes novels, rides sport motorcycles and scuba dives. He’s also a huge Taco Bell fan. In his spare time (ha!), Jeff serves as the field marketing manager for Coldwell Banker NRT’s Central Pennsylvania region. Based in Lancaster, he helps Coldwell Banker affiliated agents grow their businesses and guide them through the powerful marketing technology offerings that help market homes and generate leads. His approach to helping agents is to motivate, empathize and suggest solutions to solving business obstacles. Jeff lived in SoCal before moving to Pennsylvania, where he earned a degree in marketing from Penn State and later his MBA while working as a full-time Realtor®.
Our problem-solving, world-travelling, ambitious field marketing manager for Dallas, Clarissa graces the region with her love of all things marketing, data and design. She dives deep into research and analysis to find innovative solutions so that agents can meet their marketing goals. Agents go to Clarissa for marketing help, resource support and advertising insights. Oh, and remember we mentioned she’s a world-traveler? She’s been to 27 countries (and counting)! We’ll place a bet now that this MBA student earns Most Likely to Succeed.
Sunny blonde Amy, our national director of strategic projects, is based out of equally sunny Sarasota, FL, Florida. Leading all strategic projects and Coldwell Banker NRT’s Core 4 Values reinventions across the country, Amy says that multi-tasking and project management skills, coupled with an M.B.A from Temple University, are what make her so great in the role. But if we’re being honest, her gift for strategy probably came earlier. Though she claims to be reformed, Amy was quite the pool shark in her college days and could out-hustle the best of them.
You know that adventure-filled life that every person dreams about? Well Claudia is actually living it. After college, she traveled the world, calling both Paris and Barcelona her home for a number of years. She kicked off her professional career as a teacher – molding young minds – and now supports a talented network of extraordinary agents as a field marketing manager in Northern California. Claudia boasts endless patience, a high sense of empathy and superior training skills thanks to her teaching background. When the real estate marketing veteran isn’t building dynamic campaigns for her local operating company and agent businesses, she’s envisioning her next bucket list item: walking the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain.
Travis is one of those guys who has everything figured out. He’s smart and strategic, but most importantly, he chose to live in a place that benefits from 300+ days of sunshine a year. As the field marketing manager for Orange, Riverside and San Diego counties, Travis works locally to implement local, regional and national campaigns that have a profound impact on agents and their businesses. Every day is different for Travis, which makes him happy. In fact, he thrives in a fast, ever-changing environment and relishes in the moments where he can stand toe-to-toe with a challenge. If you’re still not impressed, he’s also a two-time member of the Coldwell Banker Gen Blue Social Squad and can seriously throw down on the basketball court.
Coffee, coffee and more coffee keeps this director of marketing on top of his game. Although who can blame him? Between being a father to four kiddos and overseeing a talented team of field marketing managers, it’s surprising he has time for it all! Based out of Flower Mound, TX, Jeremy oversees the delivery and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives that support Coldwell Banker NRT’s agent value proposition. Prior to joining The Studio, Jeremy was in the Air Force, and openly admits that he has a serious addiction to football. Although arguably, coffee still takes the number one spot (French Vanilla, please).
Anyone whose motto is “Life is too short to drink bad wine” is someone we want to hang out with. Andrea is the field marketing manager for the Tampa Bay region, where she works closely with agents to educate them on using company tools to manage and grow their business. She loves what she does because she’s a ‘people-person’ and enjoys relationship building. If it were up to her 10-year-old self though, she’d transform into Olivia Newton John – and really, who wouldn’t for a chance to dance with John Travolta?!
Calm, cool and collected under pressure, Bob is a master multi-tasker who helps agents in Houston lead exceptional lives through marketing, education, public relations and mentoring. He’s a creative guy both at work and at play. He sings with the Houston Symphony Chorus and has been named king of two Mardi Gras krewes over the years. Professionally, Bob has twice earned Real Estate Marketer of the Year in Houston by the American Marketing Association Houston. Way to go, Bob! He’s also very charitable and gives much of his time and dedication to local and national organizations.
Leading the best events team in the real estate industry, Samantha oversees the execution of all client events, whether it’s an intimate affair for 20 people or 600-person gala celebration. Understandably, Samantha has a keen eye for detail, is outgoing and sometimes gives the matriarchal authoritative vibe. We’ll tell you she’s borderline embarrassed about her affinity for reality tv but proud to be sharing a family tradition with her daughter: Summers with her extended family on the Jersey Shore.
As a creative services manager, Moraima leads a team of graphic designers to provide eye catching designs to help The Studio’s clients stand out from the crowd. And speaking of standing out, Moraima (Latin for “she who is as beautiful as the blueberry tree”) may seem like a unique name, but it’s quite popular in her family – her mother and sister are also named Moraima! Our Moraima has been with the company nearly a decade so far, first in Los Angeles and now in Atlanta. What also makes her good at her job is the passion she has for collaborating and problem-solving with a variety of staff from all regions of the company. As a former pole vaulter, she’s able to find ways to jump over any obstacle, making her exactly the sort of person you want on your team.
Craig has his hands full. He researches and develops products, launches them with others in The Studio and maintains and supports those products with our Help Desk, field support and customer success teams. Part IT enthusiast, part business whiz, Craig taps into his wide range of experience to master both realms of the Product sphere. To really understand who Craig is, we took a look at his past. He was the high school salutatorian, a great racquetball player and once let three chickens loose in his high school as a senior prank. Two of those are true, can you tell which is the lie?
Richelle believes in making each day the best day, which can’t be too difficult in beautiful Hawaii. As a Field Marketing Manager extraordinaire, she works tirelessly to assist real estate offices and agents with marketing tools and advertising, and makes sure national communications are received at the local level. This MacGyver-type can problem-solve her way through any roadblock presented and loves to feed her creative side by dabbling in pottery, sewing and screen printing.
