The Studio has long been a partner in its clients’ recruiting efforts, and we have decades (if not centuries) of combined experience in helping brands and brokerages attract new agents. In 2020, we launched a recruiting campaign that focused on Coldwell Banker Realty’s unique agent value proposition.

Overview

We interviewed top-producing agents on camera to hear, in their words, how the company’s products, programs and support have propelled their success. These firsthand accounts vividly demonstrated that the brokerage really listens to agents’ needs and delivers products that solve their problems. The testimonials focused primarily on Listing Concierge, a game-changing product that helps agents win more listings, prove their value and turn one listing into three.

The resulting creative campaign included paid and organic social assets, eBlasts and videos that were used for both recruiting and retention efforts.

Conclusion

It was very rewarding to see how this powerful recruiting campaign drove far more traffic to the recruiting website than in previous months and helped build interest among recruits. It’s campaign work like this that really feeds our creative souls.
