When the Coldwell Banker® brand needed an exciting weekly email drip campaign, they knew exactly where to turn. The Studio created a splashy 16-email series to coincide with the client’s ads running during professional football’s Thursday night games on Prime Video. These pre-game emails helped agents connect with consumers, and they brought the heat with Move Meter Match Up videos and engaging copy that pitted the host cities head-to-head, all to uncover the ultimate move-worthy destination.
When Anywhere Integrated Services planned to establish a new joint venture title company, they turned to The Studio to create a brand that would stand out. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® name is well-recognized, but the brand identity and design were dated and out of step with the new Coldwell Banker® brand design and logo. Our challenge was to maintain the power and integrity of this successful brand while enhancing and updating its graphic appeal and ultra-luxury presence.
When the Coldwell Banker® brand launched its new TV ad, which told the story of how Coldwell Banker has been “guiding you home since 1906,” it led to several creative opportunities for The Studio.
